Juan and his father were attentive, punctual, and extremely professional. They consistently under-promised and over-delivered. The weather was a challenge all along this summer, but they were very good at working between the storms to get the 3 parts of the project done: concrete removal, coping installation, and paver installation. In short, they did everything possible in order to get my kids able to use the pool; all without sacrificing quality or workmanship. The finished product was stunning, with praise coming from family, friends, and neighbors alike. Most importantly, we are enjoying a pool that will last for years to come! Highly recommended old school customer service and workmanship. In addition, they get an A+ for job clean-up and review of the job. Note - I had given them a test run the year before to remove and replace my front porch; going from a cracked tile surface to a perfectly installed flagstone surface. Professional grade all the way.

The job went well in every way. Something unexpected came up. After they tore down our rotting deck, the cedar shakes of the house that were below the level of deck were also rotting. They were able to take care of this problem. They removed the rotting shakes and replaced them all. The job could not go any better, we ended up with exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price.

Amazing!!!!! Juan and his father came and looked and fixed my front steps/porch that was not done correctly by a different contractor. They will be getting more work from me in the near future, they are top notch proffessionals.

Andres and his father were great from the moment we contacted them. After I made an inquiry, I heard from Andres shortly after and we set up a time for him to come over for an estimate. He was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate right on the spot and it was quite reasonable as we had received other estimates before him. They brought pictures of the work they had previously done and they really took an interst in what we were looking to do. Whne the Jo started they arrived at our home on time every day and worked very hard throughout each day. They moved a 20x20 patio from one part of our property to another and they did this rather quickly and precisely. They were done in about 4 days, and it looks amazing! I would highly recommend Rocco construction from start to finish.

It went very very well. Andre and his Dad are a teriffic team. All their workers are polite and leave the place clean. I am highly recommending them and will surely use them in the future.

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of Rocco and Andre's work. This father and son team pay more attention to every detail, and are more interested in customer satisfaction,, than any contractor I have ever worked with. All work was done to my specifications, on time, and with the utmost professionalism. Rocco, the father, watched closely every little move made by the workers. Andre took great pains to make sure the materials and plans were approved and exactly what I wanted. The finished work is outstanding and shows great craftsmanship. Plus their price was reasonable compared to a couple of other estimates I got. The final price was just what the estimate had been, not a penny more.

i had never heard of Item #4 and I was asking for someone to put a new layer of crushed rock on my driveway, because the old layer had been ground in or plowed off after about 10 years. I had some ruts and muddy spots, and puddles that formed winter ice in front of the garage. Both people who looked at it suggested using item# 4, which is a sort of crushed rock but it hardens with exposure to moisture and becomes a little more like concrete. Andres of Rocco's Construction arrived on time to give me an estimate, looked at the job and my request with his father, explained very clearly what he planned, and went home to write it up. He did that promptly and the company emailed me a contract. I wanted a clause in the contract that he must ask me before doing anything that would go above the estimate, and they added that. He had explained well what they planned to do. The other person who looked at it didn't talk to me when he came,and never even delivered an estimate. I wanted it done by a certain date and Andres called and arranged to come a week early. When rain delayed another job, he made sure that I knew about the delay. The work was done efficiently and on time, and he didn't need to use any big machinery ...essentially the job was done by hand. The result looks really nice, and Andres made sure that he checked after a little rain and reshaped the surface so that I wouldn't have puddles (where they used to collect in front of the garage). I think the result was well worth the price, and I m very pleased with the result.

I can't sing enough praises for this Father/Son Construction Corp.! Because it was imperative that all this work be done in the proper order, we had 2 or 3 meetings prior to the starting of the work. They were instrumental in thinking all of it through carefully and then giving us their expert opinions. We were given the schedule of the week, depending on weather predictions of course. Each and every day they arrived punctually and put in a full day's work and were back the next day, always on schedule. They were super organized with delivering dirt, item 4, gravel, stone, etc. They were super careful wherever they were working to insure nothing around the work area was damaged, Each day they cleaned up meticulously after themselves insuring that our property wasn't defaced in any way. Our front walk looks like a mosaic piece of art. They even asked if we would like to incorporate a few stones from the original walk, as our home was built in 1928. The father, Rocco, supervised every stone that was cut - shape, size, etc. and his workers implemented it. It was like watching artists at work. (and I want to add they did a new back walk for us 2 years ago plus an entirely new back landing which is the identical workmanship). They assisted us in removing all that was inside the garage and adjusted the schedule to accommodate us. Their attention to detail is impeccable! Friendly, kind, mannerly, trustworthy, hardworking, honest....what more can we ask for? We have great satisfaction in knowing that anytime we need to have any type of outside construction, masonry, stone work etc. done, that Rocco Construction Corp. will be our company of choice and only a phone call away! Everyone should experience this work ethic! I will recommend them to anyone I can!

It went smoothly and ended beautifully. Andres the owner is a wonderful and responsive person. He answered my many phone calls promptly and explained everything twice. The craftsmanship was great and I am already planning to hire them for another project. In fact the reason I hired them now is because they built a retaining wall on the property many years ago. That wall is as beautiful today as the day it was built. Great job!

I hate to give poor feedback but as a business owner myself, I have a huge pet peeve when people don't get back to potential customers. I reached out to Rocco through Angie's List and heard nothing for over a week. No message through the List, no phone call to my cell phone (which I left on the email). I don't understand how you stay in business if you don't get back to customers.

It went great! They did it fast and did a beautiful job! Always on time. Called if couldn't come or were late. Very professional and easy to work with.

A father and son came to do the work with a crew. The father supervised and I was very pleased with the entire process. They arrived and worked quickly, cleaned up well and everything was complete in 2 days. I recommend them.
