Miguel is very sincere and genuine and courteous. He called immediately, identified the issue with the siding and provided a reasonable and fair estimate. I was very happy and even asked him for couple of additional jobs.

Miguel arrived the same day I put the request in to Home Advisor and I received the estimate the same day. I hired Miguel to install three roof vents for each of my bathroom fans. He showed up when he said he would and promptly completed the work. The quality of Miguel's work looks good . Pricing was reasonable and he doesn't look to hit you over the head on price as some other contractors did on this particular project. I told Miguel exactly what I wanted, the type of insulation and vents that I preferred and he executed. I would hire him again. Very easy to work with and a nice guy.

Gave me lump sum price - no t and m estimate. Price came in much lower than competition which only provided a t and m estimate and was late in getting me that estimate.

MIguel is very professional and does high quality work. He showed up on time and gave reasonable prices. I used him for exterior trim replacement and repair, exterior painting and some indoor work. Everything was done to a very high standard and I would definitely hire him again.

Miguel is the best. He is reliable, trustworthy, does excellent work and is very professional. I had originally just wanted the rotting exterior wood trim replaced. He did that and then I asked him if he did other work and he did. He power washed my house, painted all the exterior trims, soffits, porticos and then painted inside my house. He and his guys did a fine job!! I recommended him to my daughter so he could do her roof replacement. I would recommend Miguel without hesitation.

Excellent job and cleaned up after themselves

Miguel came quickly and was ready to start removing the ice dam causing a leak right away. Other contractors wanted more money and could not start for days, and with a big hole in my ceiling and a hefty draft I could not wait that long. He seemed perfectly at ease on the snowy and icy roof. He even talked me out of unnecessary work even though it would have meant more money in his pocket.
