GREAT work done by very nice crew

Oscar and his team of cleaning professionals did an outstanding job cleaning the property from top to bottom. It is imperative that a sale property be as clean as possible for a prospective buyer. If it is not, buyers start deductting amounts from their offer. Oscar out performed my expectations, and it was not the first time he has done so. I have used Oscar's Cleaning Service twice before including for my own home, with similar outstanding results. Oscar provides an estimated cost of the project in advance by doing a preliminary review of the project and then he sticks to and honors the agreed to price which was his estimate. I highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone seeking to obtain top notch cleaning services. I look forward to using Oscar again in the near future and would recommend him without reservation. Oscar's cleaners were fantastic. As others have mentioned in their reviews, Oscar went room by room with them to point out exactly what he wanted done, and they covered it all. We couldn't believe how clean everything looked at the end - the floors were fantastic, and they somehow got all the green residue out of the bathrooms.

I wouldn't recommend them. They did a decent job cleaning and the price was fair, but they never put things back where they belonged. Plus, the owner takes no responsibility when his cleaners destroy your belongings.

I was blown away by the job Oscar's staff has done. Oscar came to my place with three women and all of the cleaning supplies and appliances they needed. They were prompt, all wearing t-shirts from the business and were very professional. Oscar then proceeded to take his staff around the apartment and explain in detail, what he wanted to achieve in each room. When I walked into the place after the cleaning done, I was so happy and relieved! The faucets sparkled, every bit of dust was gone and the oven looked amazing! Much of the surfaces in the place were white and everything was so bright, you almost needed sunglasses indoors. I can't thank Oscar enough. This is a small local business, which is the kind of business I love to support. You can feel completely confident to get all of your cleaning needs taken care of with great care and professionalism.

Overall, I am happy with the company's cleaning service and will probably keep using it. (1) Owner: Oscar is professional and responsive. I had a couple of minor complaints for the last nine months (one about bathroom cleaning and the other about cleaning chemicals) which were perfectly addressed. I especially think highly of him being open to such comments and not being defensive, and taking immediate actions. (2) Cleaning crew: his ladies are punctual (5-10 mins early/late is tolerable, if getting late more than that Oscar contacts me), friendly (the "team" of four ladies I had last year was very nice with a great teamwork. Different teams are coming over this year), and very professional and efficient. They always do a superb job with wood floors, tiled kitchen and bathroom floors and counter tops, shower booth and bathtub. They are just impeccably clean after the cleaning and smell fresh. The ladies also vacuum carpeted floors with their powerful commercial vacuum but don't go through every nook and corner with extension wands. I regularly run a roomba anyway so it's good with me. The ladies dust/wipe window sills, tables, bookcases, etc. regularly (if not every time) and keep them clean. They also change sheets and duvet covers if you ask. Based on my positive experiences with the company and its reasonable pricing, I'd recommend Oscar's cleaning service to my friends and colleagues in the area.

Oscar arrived with his cleaning crew and went over with them what was to be done. The ladies were very nice and responsive. All in all a very good job. The cost and time was as estimated. Oscar checked in to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the service and would hire them again without question should the need arise.

We have a very old house with wood floors throughout and it is quite large and dusty. We also have two cats. Oscar's staff did a fantastic job of thoroughly cleaning everything (including the inside of our shower, which has a lot of nooks & crannies) within the amount of time he had originally estimated. The cleaners who were here were very pleasant and professional as well. We did not have them clean the interiors of anything (like the fridge) but surfaces throughout the house were spotless when they left.

Oscar, also came the first day of service, he made sure the ladies doing the cleaning had a clear understand of what to do. The cleaners were excellent. They were careful with all of my belongings. Oscar and his ladies are very polite and professional to do business with.

We had a great experience with Oscar's Cleaning Service! Everything was spotless, top to bottom and there was no chemical smell, just a good, clean scent. They went above and beyond anything I expected and I was completely pleased and will now regularly have them come in to clean my house!

Cleaning crew very professional and courteous and their work is done efficiently and timely. Price is by cleaning crew member/hour - price reflects our preference of more crew/less cleaning time.

First, Oscar came by and did a walk-through with me and my wife. Explained what they would do, what supplies they would use to clean this and that, etc. He took his time explaining everything and didn't rush us. For the first cleaning, they did a full cleansing, almost a complete scrub down. They said it'd take about 5 hours for a our two-story, three bedroom home, and it took them all of that time. When they were done, I don't think there was a surface in this house that I couldn't perform surgery on. EVERYTHING was spotless, and I'm talking actually shining! I wanted to hug Oscar, but fortunately for him, he had already left by the time I got home. ;-) I immediately hired them for the every-other week cleaning, of which they spend around two hours. I can't say enough good things about the work that they do. The results are fabulous and everything smells clean. Smells clean, not like smelling cleaning chemicals. The stuff they use is not harsh or toxic, which is important as I have two little ones. I would absolutely recommend them to others. No complaints.

We used Oscars cleaning services for one year and found the service lacking on multiple occasions. We had to repeatedly speak with the owner Oscar about missed cleaning items for our small home. I lost track of how many times my wife spoke with the cleaning lady personally; I personally spoke with him on two occasions about missed items. The lady was supposed to spend at least 2 hours at our home each week, and we know for a fact that she would be there for 1-1 1/2 hours MAX from our home alarm system records. She just cut corners and missed contracted items like wiping out the fridge, weekly vacuuming and dusting. She did a general clean up but chronically missed the little details. Granted we are picky but for $80 a week for a home less than 900 square feet (when we knew she wasn't there more that 60 or 80 minutes), well, we felt we were within our rights to expect more attention to detail. We called to the owner after her last weekly clean and let him know we were again dissatisfied with the service. She didn't even move the trash can in the bedroom when she supposedly vacuumed... There was a Qtip behind the trash that had missed hitting the can so we know it wasn't moved. The owner called my wife back and said that he had discussed us with his employee and that they decided that "we should part ways". No refund was offered for our continued dissatisfaction. Imagine being "fired" by your housekeeper!! I think the problem was "attention to detail" and maybe overloading the staff member to the point she had to cut so manycorners! We have since found another cleaner and are very, very happy with the job she is doing. We only wish we had "fired" her months ago after we had repeatedly noted the deficiencies. I guess we are "too picky" as well as being "suckers"!!!

From start to finish, was extremely pleased with this company. I purchased the coupon from Angie's List online and was contacted within a day by Oscar (the cpmpany's owner). He was polite and professional and we scheduled my cleaning very easily. He and his team worked around my schedule and were accommodating to my needs. I needed an early morning appointment and that is what I got! The day of the cleaning Oscar and his team arrived on time. Odcar asked for a detailed description of what I wanted and made sure the team understood exactly what I wanted. The team of four ladies was terrific - they were thorough and efficient and worked tirelessly. They worked wonderfully around my nosy, barking dog and my newly walking baby. When they were finished I was extremely pleased. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, the dusting was perfect and the floor was cleaned and vacuuming was expert. Very pleased from beginning to end!

Fantastic! Oscar came through on very short notice -- and I was a first-time customer. I called him Friday afternoon, he got back to me within an hour, arranged to come look at the house for an estimate Saturday morning at 10, and had four wonderful workers come Monday at 3 for 2 hours. They cleaned all the hard-to-reach spots and left the house sparkling -- and we have a very hairy dog. Oscar sent me a bill later in the week. Utterly professional and pleasant experience.

Oscar responded very promptly and came over to give me an estimate for my job. We were able to schedule the work while he was there and the crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. I was pretty happy with the cleaning job. Extra effort was needed to scrub my kitchen floor clean, and Oscar himself helped with that task which needed extra muscle. A couple of tiny things were overlooked, but everything I noted in the top priority list got taken care of. I ended up going over a few areas myself - I really wanted the bathroom faucets to shine and I used a stronger product to do that job. It seemed a bit pricey, but the cleaning service saved me a lot of hard work at my old house.

From start to finish, I was very pleased with this company. I called for an appointment and the owner, Oscar, called me back almost immediately. I wanted my cleaning done on a specific date and he accommodated me perfectly. He scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate within a few days. When he arrived he was extremely professional. He even wore little paper booties when he walked around my home to cover his street shoes. The day before the cleaning appointment he called to confirm the arrival of his team. On the day of the cleaning, he arrived with a team of four very polite and nice women. He walked them around mu home and explained to them in detail what needed to be done. The he left and they set to work. They were efficient and did a wonderful job, taking care with my belongings and making sure to put items back where they belonged. They were fast and efficient. The day afterwards, Oscar called me to ask if I was satisfied. Very professional company.

Oscar and his "ladies" have been helping me to keep my home clean for several years. Not only do they do an excellent job, they are punctual, honest and trustworthy. I decline to provide cost of service as I believe pricing may be based on size of premises

I have been using Oscar's cleaning service for many years now. I usually have them come once every other week, although sometimes more often or on special occasions. Their service is exceptional. Oscar personally comes by initially to look over the house, see exactly what the owner wants to have done, and answer any questions. He is always extremely cordial and professional. He then sends over a team of experienced women, usually about five, each of whom takes over a particular area of the house. One will do the bathrooms, one will do the kitchen, one the living room, and so on. It is like having a white tornado; within one hour more or less (depending on the size of the house and your previous agreement with Oscar as to how much time it will take) your house is rendered immaculate from top to bottom. I have always found the women to be extremely honest as well so I have no concerns about leaving the house when they're there, which is important to me. Oscar will call after your initial service to follow-up and make sure you are satisfied. If you have questions or concerns at any time, all you need to do is pick up the phone it will be taken care of the next time they come over. I'm very glad to have access to such a reliable and professional cleaning service and highly recommend them.
