It was great! Nina and Giovanni were highly professional and thorough while helping me sort through a large amount of clothing and household items. They carefully sorted through my clutter, hung clothing, folded clothing, and organized household items. They bagged a large amount of items for donation and removed the items I wanted to move to the dumpster. They counted all the Donation items carefully and carried them out to their vehicles. It was almost like having kind and thoughtful Friends help me with a chore I have needed assistance with for some time and absolutely dreaded. They made this project so much less stressful than I expected and accomplished more than I could have imagined in the time allotted. I will happily call My Divine Concierge again and plan to very, very soon. Nina and Giovanni helped me in more ways than they know. I wish to thank them again for their efforts kindness.
Description of Work: Nina and Giovanni, her Assistant, organized, sorted, and removed numerous items from my home. They were thorough and extremely courteous while doing so. I bought a package for a certain amount of hours. The owner sent an underling, who was fine. But I spoke to the owner about creating systems, not just doing one task. They seemed to be uninterested when I didn't contract for more visits. They also tout the fact that they donate your items to different organizations who can use them, which I loved. But I never received all the donation forms which was a big selling point.

Terrific! Nina was highly professional and very thorough. I really liked that she was non-judgemental about the junk I needed to get rid of and the amount of organization my closet needed. We worked together over 2 days about a week apart. For the first visit it was just Nina and for the second visit she brought her colleague Giovanna who was just as great as Nina. In fact, I recommended Nina to an aunt who needed a small packing job done on short notice. Again, Nina was very responsive and was able to assign Giovanna to the job. My aunt was very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend My Divine Concierge and plan to retain there services again soon.

Nina and her helper arrived promptly and got to work. They worked hard for the couple of hours they were there, the only issue was that the job was not done when she left. There were boxes, books, and junk left out all over the basement and strewn over the shelves she helped us purchase. Her worker was trying hard, but he wasn't too bright and took most of the time assembling the rack we purchased for the job. I regret not taking the taskrabbit bids I was given to do the job at a quarter of the cost. I am quite surprised with all the glowing reviews, I would never recommend Nina's service and feel ripped off.

My Divine Concierge takes great pride in the service we provide and the wonderful reviews received from our clients. I was quite surprised when this review appeared. The project was contracted for 1 organizer for 4 hours. I arrived on time with my trainee for which there was no additional billing. The shelving unit that the member had purchased was supposed to have been assembled prior to my arrival. It is quite surprising to have the member complain that it took my trainee about 1.5 hours to assemble the shelving unit for free. In addition to providing extra manpower for free, I picked up and delivered bookcases the member had purchased from another client at cost for free. We did work hard as the member stated to unpack many boxes of shoes, towels, tools, wedding gifts, coats, books,etc. At the end of the contracted 4 hours every inch of available shelf space was filled, the boxes and crates that could not be unpacked were stacked neatly against the walls. In reviewing the pictures of the room taken before and after the project, I can say as the owner of the company I left nothing "strewn" about. The members "only complaint was that the job was not finished." We pride ourselves with delivering our clients expectations but shelf space is shelf space in the end. I believe we delivered great value and great service and received a "B" for being promptly on time and a "D" for the members lack of shelf space. The owner of My Divine Concierge Nina Weireter and her assistant Erica drove to the South Shore of Long Island from Ossining,NY in Westchester County to help me begin the process of cleaning out some extremely cluttered upstairs rooms. They arrived on time and, with myself and my partner Rebecca working side-by-side with them, moved mountains of stuff out of these rooms in 6 hours, either into garbage (see the photo showing 80 bags of garbage that 6 hours of work produced !), or into bags of old and unwanted clothes that Nina took away in her SUV to take to charity. Nina and Erica worked extremely hard rummaging through items to save, throw away, or give to charity.. My partner Rebecca, Nina and Erica worked in the 2 cluttered rooms while I hauled the 80 bags of garbage and other boxes / bags of assorted stuff down my staircase and onto the street for trash removal. It was an efficient effort all around. I would highly recommend My Divine Concierge to anyone.

Basically, everyone is very nice and pretty efficient. At this point I feel like they are like old friends coming to visit me. Their main hours of work seem to be 10-2PM. They might take a 10 minute sandwich break, but mostly everyone stays on task and wants to know if you're happy with their suggestions or work. I have found them a big help. You can have a team of three people come at a time or it can be modified to two workers or just a handy man for a few hours. It feels really good when someone else takes care of all the donated items for you,too. I got rid of of some things that I wasn't using that other people could.
Description of Work: At this time I have used this service multiple times on several different dates. I have used them not only for organizing services, but as handy man services as well. so, far I really haven't found much in this area they can't do either. I have had furniture put together, pot racks installed. I have some other things that I am going to have them come back and help me with, like moving some things I have to storage.

Giovana arrived on time on the date promised. After assessing the task, she got to work and worked steadily for four hours without taking a break. We were able to organize into two coherent sets of files two groups of documents that had long eluded organization. In the process, she identified a number of documents that could be discarded. I was very pleased with the results of her work.

Nina and her assistant arrived on time for the attic decluttering job. You literally couldn't find an empty spot to step foot in. Nina and Jessica worked tirelessly for 4 hours as well coordianted team to tackle the mess. They sorted what was to be be kept, thrown away and donated. They itemized the items in the donation pile and took out all the thrash bags (all 10 of them!) outside. They also took the donation pile with them and indicated that a receipt will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Nina left me with a much organized decluttered attic. Thanks so much, you are a lifesaver!

ALERT THE MEDIA! My Divine Concierge is one of the best values for price of any service I've ever paid for!!! Even after the 8th hour of strenuous work Clayton still made the Energizer Bunny look like a slacker. Do yourself a huge favor and call them to organize the "disaster areas" in your house! You will feel amazing! I purchased 8 hours of certified professional organizing online from the couple Nina and Clayton who run the business. I understood there was at about a 2 week lead time until they would come. NIna emailed me the next morning to thank me for buying the service and I emailed back and said I was interested in garage organizing. We set a time in the next two weeks for Clayton and I to have a phone call to discuss the needs of the situation so he would be prepared with whatever he needed when he arrived. He was very cheerful, upbeat and professional. We agreed that I might need some more shelves and I purchased two heavy duty sets of garage shelves and storage bins to have on hand in case we needed them. We decided the best way to proceed was to do 2 four hour back to back days. He offered completely secure shredding services which I took advantage of and had about 10 bags for him to take away when he came. He also offered to take items for donation and provide me with tax deduction forms from the charities they would take the items to. Clayton arrived exactly on time and was ready for action. We moved everything away to the center of the garage and vacuumed around the edges. Then we discussed what should stay and what should go. After 4 and half hours Clayton left and and I sorted through boxes and boxes of personal items for about 4 more hours that afternoon and evening. Clayton would ask "what is this items purpose?" and if I couldn't state one - I knew it was time to let it go! He returned the next morning and when he saw what I wanted to keep he quickly built the 2 heavy duty shelving units. Formerly a general contractor and electrician he knows how things go together and work! He would find tiny little things and know exactly what they went to. After building the shelves and using my existing shelves, he sorted everything, even all my tools and nails and screws into bins or and containers so that everything had a place but always asking for my input. After 5 more hours, ( I had asked to add another hours on), all the garbage was bagged,everything vacuumed, and all the cardboard boxes broken down and ready for recycling. Before he left I asked him to look at my attic, the next frontier!!!

I purchased this service from Angie service as a promotions for 8 hours of organizing. After about a month of purchasing the service,Nina called me to ask what I would need organization on. She even quoted me the wrong service that I paid for. She stated that an assistance would get back to me to arrange the dates. She also stated that she was very busy over the holiday. I had told her that I was not in a rush and would wait until after the holidays for the services to be performed. Its now about 2 months later and never heard from her again or her assistant. I feel like I got rip off as I paid for a service that I never receive. I will like Angie list to reimburse me for this.

From initial contact through to completion of this project the experience was professional and enjoyable. This project took several months to complete. All employees and contact with them was timely, practical, efficient and thorough. I found Nina very responsive and they offered just the right mix of personality to help my elder mom take on the major task of organizing her entire house and possessions so she could down size and move in with me. This took skill and patience. The plan was put in place and we moved along with great speed. They took great care with all our belongings and offered many suggestions on what to keep what to donate, etc. It was one-stop-shopping and outstanding service. I would highly recommend them to all. It was a pleasure working with Nina and Clayton from My Divine Concierge. First they came to my significant others old apartment and did all of the packing, cleaning, and organizing that was required. They cleaned the apartment and the garage so that it was so clean that we got back the entire deposit from the rental agreement. They did all of the legwork to arrange the rental of a storage unit for the stuff that would not fit in my place. They spent a lot of time with my significant other to satisfy her needs in separating the items that would go in storage from the items that would go in my place. The boxes were all organized and labeled so that it would be easy to find things. Many objects also had be either thrown out or donated, all of which they arranged. They had the remaining contents of the apartment packed up and moved. It is has been easy to unpack and find things because of the great job of organization by Nina.

In one word....amazing! If I could give them an A+++ I would. Our 2-car garage had been a 1-car garage for many years due to my husband's habit of hoarding. Clayton came by initially to look it over and came up with a plan to organize and clean it a week later in just 4 hours. I really did not think it could be done, but not only did he help us clean out the entire garage but he built several shelves in record time, organized and cleaned everything, and even was able to talk my husband into parting with a huge amount of "stuff". Clayton does the work of at least three people, is unbelievably professional and tactful, and did not stop once even for a drink of water. I don't think my garage looked this good when we moved in 25 years ago. I will definitely be calling them again.

Everything about the project was easy, fast and efficient from making the arrangements over the phone with the business owner, Nina Weireter, to doing the work with her employee, who was superb by virtue of her intelligence, patience, and willingness to work hard.
Description of Work: Completely cleared out basement of a couple of decades worth of accumulated children's toys, clothes, papers, equipment, etc., Completely handled donating goods that could be recycled and boxing up the rest for garbage pick up. After that job was done, sorted books, records, items within my home and moved a portion into storage and arranged to dispose of the rest.

She has people on call if she needs help with the work. She is in touch with more than 25 charities and keeps track of all the donations so you can use them for tax deductions. She is extremely thoughtful and thoughtful. I have had no problems with her. Her assistant costs $25 an hour and Nina costs $100 an hour. For the work she does the price is reasonable. We are downsizing and she is urging us to get rid of things that we will not use again. My husband is so relieved.
