I did not know how much I needed Nina. She was just fabulous. She was also very compassionate and helpful. She stayed for the full four hours. I am having her come back for additional services. I feel like she gave me my vacation back and gave me more time back with my daughter. I am a single mom and I am very grateful for her service. I felt like the deal was worth every penny.

I don't have all the details, as I was not present. I bought 2 2-hour specials as a gift for my mother, who has trouble letting things going and staying organized. Niña was very understanding and helpful with me, and my mother was happy with the results. I believe it was Giovanna who helped her.

I can't possibly say enough great things about Clayton and Nina. They are the ultimate professionals in addition to being caring, considerate and just overall wonderful people. I had to clean out my parents' house after my parents had lived there for over 50 years; the job was overwhelming. There is no way I could have done it without Clayton and Nina's help. They did a wonderful job throughout, helped pack, donate, move or sell everything and did it with the utmost efficiency and sensitivity. They cleaned the house out so well that the purchasers, who are very picky, were thrilled with the walk-through. I have used their services in the past and I will continue to rely on them -- they are absolutely the best to work with, and I don't think there's anything they can't do! I am thankful I found them and recommend them every chance I get.

Great! Giovanna was prompt, and was very gentle with me when I got upset about discarding things. Not only was everything removed from the closets, Giovanna dusted and vacuumed the spaces before putting things back. I was left with an easy to maintain, simplified way of keeping my things orderly. Very good investment

Clayton arrived on time and after a quick walk through to determine where to put the items that were no longer needed got to work. Because of his knowledge and expertise it was easier to determine which items needed to be either donated or discarded. Throughout the process he was professional and hard working and the results were immediately seen. I plan to have My Divine Concierge back for the next project which is a garage clean out and organization.

Nina was very professional, yet also very approachable and encouraging. She helped me focus on the problem at hand without getting bogged down in details or feelings of inadequacy. We took most of the four hours to clear the office area of my kitchen.
Description of Work: Nina helped me clear out a problem area of my kitchen. She also took away some paper that needed to be shredded for an extra fee. She helped me visualize solutions to other problem areas in my house.

Nina and her husband Clayton, who are very nice people, were on time and ready to work! After having already sent Nina a picture of the job that I needed done, she gave me an estimate, took my deposit and on the day of the job she and Clayton came with everything that was needed to execute. They were professional, friendly and executed the job in a timely fashion. Nina is detailed in her services and asked thoughout the job if I was satisfied with her work. I was. All in all, they helped to make my moving experience seamless and stress free! I would recommend her services and use her again for any future packing or organizing jobs.
Description of Work: Provided the necessities for a packing job (I paid for the boxes, tape, etc.) with my deposit, but she saved me the troble of having to go and get them myself.

No wonder Martha Stewart has recognized Nina and Clayton's business!!!!!This is my fourth time using this company and I am still DELIGHTED. Previously I had Clayton organized my garage and attic and last month Nina did a spectacular organization of my kitchen and dining room. This time it was my library shelves and cabinets and front hall cabinet. She totally tailors the process to your individual lifestyle and helped me let go of some stuff that was taking up way too much room but was no longer functional. Nina took lots of things I didn't want anymore and donated them to charity. They will find a new home, it's green and I will get a tax receipt for the donation. Its a WIN WIN! Everytime they come it is such a mentally cleansing experience as well as physical. I keep walking into my library and smiling. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I'm already thinking about the next area I want to reclaim in my home!

I live with my infant son and two cats in one room, and if anybody out there has a baby you already know how much stuff they can accumulate. I personally have a hard time getting rid of the things my son has out grown and is not using for emotional reasons. Nina was able to come in and help me sort through his things; she went through each of his items one at at time until we got through all of his things. It was like an uplifting therapy session, she even bonded with my son. I appreciate her giving me the tools to continue what she started because I suffer from organize-ophobia (it's a real condition), and she even cleaned - what a blessing! Nina, will you marry me? My son? and the two cats?

Nina and Clayton are the Dynamic Duo! Previously I had Clayton clean and organize my 3 car garage in 8 hours and then he organized a huge mess in my attic again in 2 four hour shifts. This time I had the pleasure of working with Nina. We emptied and cleaned all the drawers and cabinets in my kitchen dining, discarded useless stuff and donated usable items. Nina took those to the Good Will store when she was finished. Now everything in my kitchen and dining room has a place. When I open cabinets everything is organized and visible. It was a wonderful mentally and physically cleansing experience and I already scheduled a date for her to come back and organize my library. You work together so you input into the whole process and Nina has great ideas if you are not sure what you want. She gives you the moral support and imperative to de-clutter which feels fantastic!

. Would have taken me two weeks - and a lots of arguments with my husband to get this done. They were done in hours. Then they put it back in and organized. Bagged up all the garbage. Good service and I would use again when I move into a new place. I understand they also help you get organized when in.

Best $200 I've ever spent! I had so many, "Oh, hey, THIS is where this is!" moments that I probably sounded like a scatterbrained ditz, but I was so excited to be "reunited" with things I hadn't seen in SIX (6) years!
Description of Work: He helped me haul out EVERYTHING in the basement that needed to be thrown out, donated, etc. He also dragged all the heavy items into places where they made more sense, and in general did a fabulous job "organizing" my basement...all in 4 hours.

My first appointment was on Oct. 24, 2013, 10am-2pm where owner Clayton, came and was punctual, very pleasant and ready to start work in the garage. He put me at ease immediately, I was reluctant in getting rid of my stuff. Once he organized what was going to be Trashed, Donated, and Keep the time went by quickly. Now, I must say I wasn't easy to let some things go (most everything). Clayton, kept me "Focus" on what we had to do with the help of my daughter. The time went too quickly. I felt good about the experience and scheduled another appointment to tackle the basement. Monday Nov. 18th was my 2nd appointment, Clayton, came with a helper again I was satisfied. He took away garbage and what was left he bundled up neatly so I could put out for my garbage day. I'm not completely finish yet so I see me calling My Divine Concierge (Clayton) again.

Omg. Loved the experience. I felt I was in an episode of hgtv meets hoarders. Clayton methodically assessed the situation discussed my needs and made it happen with the help of Chris. They helped me clean out my garage so I can reclaim the man-cave (basement). | |Clayton (Method Man) and Chris (Golden Arm) organized all the junk in my garage and helped me sort through it so I could figure out what was garbage an what was good. They helped me, my dad and my mom reclaim memories and figure out where they should live. I cant say enough about the intangibles they provide. I expected them to help me clean up my garage but what I got was them helping me and my parents to organize our past.

This was my second time using MCD through Angie's List and, as in my previous review, I was extremely pleased with the quality, professionalism and high level of service they provide.
