Description of Work: I am guessing at the dates. They were to contact me after I bought the item (a "Big Deal") which they did not and they ultimately told me they had a family emergency. After multiple attempts and scheduling other services around the agreed date (we were to clean out my garage -- I booked a dumpster and several helpers), they stood me up. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond until several days after and I was told they had another family emergency. Very unprofessional. I know things happen but an email would have taken 2 minutes rather than have me, the debris removal service and 2 hired helpers sitting around for 4 hours (all of which I still had to pay for.)

Description of Work: It wasn't bad but I was a little disappointed that I was told to call a junk removal company to get rid of the majority of my stuff, which would cost about the same as I paid him. I was lucky enough to throw everything away with the sanitation over a period of a week or two.

[Removed Member Name], I am clearly confused about your review and the rating you wrote about us. Clayton organized your storage room and left it in a way that now you can walk into it and access all the items you want to. It clearly states in the Big Deal that we do not remove trash only items for donations. I don't feel that is something we should be graded lower on especially when some of the items were kitchen cabinets. We are an organizing company not a junk removal, each brings its own qualities. It was a pleasure doing business with you and we wish you all the best in the future.

Description of Work: Nina is a lovely person her personality was great we clicked right away. There was a lot to be done, it went over the 4 hours because she didn't want to leave me with a mess so she stayed extended time until everything was neat and clean. She also took a lot of stuff in bags to donate. My room would of never been done because it was so overwhelming for me and I also had back surgery so she did all the bending and lifting. Thank you so much Nina I will be calling you.

The services provieded by My Devine Concierge (Nina Weireter) were more than excellent the were superbness itself. From my first phone contact to the conclussion of our business Nina was friendly , helpful, and highly professional. By phone and email we determined that the job would take two days at four hours per day for a total of 8 hours. I was leary of this time estimate from the start (for I was certain I hours and hours of decluttering to do). However, to my amazement it did only take 8 hours. Nina and her partner really knew their business, they arrived at the appionted times, worked efficiently, and left at the agreed upon time each day. They were so proficient at what they did that the 8 hour estimate was a correct one. If you book 8 hours you get a hour free, you pay an 1/2 hour travel per day, and if you have bulk shredding to do for a small fee she will do it for you. So my total expense came to $800. And yes , I would surely use her services again if the need arises. I selected her because of her excellent rating on the List, and I must say she deserves every bit of it. Raymond Ford
Description of Work: Nina and her partner did the following in consultation with me: 1. Decluttered my all of my closets and storage areas, what was retained was put back in an organized manner. 2. Re-organinzed and neatened all my book cases and shelves. 3. Decluttered and organized all of my desks and file drawers. 4. Decluttered and organized my personal posessions dresser drawers and bureaus. 5. Itemized and recorded all materials discarded during the decluttering process, Bagged and carted them away for donation to worthy causes and organizations, who in turn sent me itemized donation slips for tax purposes.

I have a room to work on stained glass that was starting to look more like a storage room. We were able to get rid of most of the clutter and re-arrange some of the supplies. The items I no longer needed and could part with were taken away leaving the room less crowded and easier to work in. I only wish I had know about them sooner when I was renovating and going through my attic. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Nina helped me evaluate which areas of my apartment should be organized first. She helped me go through cupboards, closets and bookshelves. We packed away a number of extraneous items for charity. We organized my office so that it's a comfortable space (no longer a "junk room"). The total amount of tax-deductible receipts more than covered the cost. I will be calling on My Divine Concierge again.

I chose My Divine Concierge as they ran a Big Deal (2 hrs at a reduced rate), which I was able to take advantage of. I agreed that I'd pay for an extra 2 hours as I knew there was at least 4 hours of work. When Ni?a arrived, I liked her immediately. We quickly discussed what I needed to file (1/2 hour) and she gave suggestions on what to keep and what not to keep (very important). She suggested purchasing a specific accordian file and she will mark it for me (that is still to be delivered). Once that was out of the way, we went to work on the guest room, which you could barely enter it was so full. We went through the room item by item, deciding whether to keep it in the room, move it to another room (where it belonged), donate it, store it, or throw it away. After about 3.5 hours, we had cleared out most of the junk in the room and had it looking liveable again. She took out the trash, took away things to be donated and will provide me with a list for tax purposes, helped me pack the boxes to be stored and move things downstairs to take out to the garage (which was locked and I had no key or they would have ended up in the garage). It was inspiring! The room now just needed a good cleaning and tweaking, which I was able to do the next day. What was an overwhelming task which I had avoided for months was now done in an afternoon. I definitely plan to hire Ni?a again. It was worth every penny and more.
Description of Work: I needed a new filing system for household papers and I needed to clean out my guest room that had become the junk/staging room when we remodeled the kitchen and bathroom. The room was so full we could barely walk into it.

It is important to note that My Divine Concierge is an incredible value at full price. What a difference a true professional makes. All my goals and more were achieved, quickly. To ensure desired outcomes, I was first asked to list my goals. After a walk around, new umbrella categories were established and the storage organized within the categories. I had the practice of saving packing materials for electronics. Targeted as a space hog, dirt catcher, food for pest, and duplicating a moving box, they were pitched. Trash was efficiently packed for easy removal. Further, items for charity were spirited away and within short order, I received a detailed listing complete with values and receipt for tax preparation. Now, I don?t frown when I head to the basement. With more time remaining, My Divine Concierge reviewed each room in our home explaining the difference between decorating versus optimizing features and space when selling a home. Demonstrated skill, professionalism, and a winning personality, among other attributes, made my entire experience wonderful.
Description of Work: Having attempted, on my own, to organize our basement storage to quickly find things, downsize in the process, and achieve a clean and spacious look, I was disheartened. Also, I didn’t know if I’d stored items in a way that would preserve their value. So, when Angie’s List offered My Divine Concierge service at half price, I jumped at the chance.

Nina arrived on time, was very thorough and directed throughout the two four hour chunks of time for which I hired her, and we got a lot done. I was able to continue the organizational process on my own once she showed me the way. I would recommend her highly for any organizational project.
Description of Work: Nina helped me organize my office and bedroom, and went through loads of papers and possessions with me. We threw out lots of stuff, and other stuff she hauled away that day to donate.

My Divine Conceirge donated clothing to local charities. The tax benefit was ten times the cost of her fee! It was difficult for my wife to let go of some of her possessions. Nina Weireter made it easier to make the decisions of what to keep and what to remove. Nina provides peace of mind.
Description of Work: My Divine Concierge reorganized our master bedroom closets and attic. She removed clothing that no longer fit. Now we can move around in the closets and find our clothes. The closets are no longer fire hazards.

Nina really knows her stuff and is easy & fun to work with. We had lots of stuff from previous moves and did not want it to go in a land fill. Nina was great at leveraging her resources and finding a home for most items. It really felt good that so much was going to places that could use it. We had childrens clothes & toys, sporting goods, adult clothes, small appliances & furniture. Nina is really connected and knows so many organizations.

Nina is great. She decluttered this tiny apartment. Now, you can actually see the floor and the space looks so much larger. My customer was feeling overwhelmed, but now she feels like a weight has been lifted off her shoulders. She called me to thank me for the recommendation. I also know many realtors that have employeed Nina's services and many satisfied customers that were able to sell their houses much faster due to her work.
Description of Work: Nina is amazing. She has taken care of so many of my customers, especially ones that are looking to get their house on the market and need help decluttering. It is critcal that the space look good for potential buyers. With this customer, she helped get rid of tons of paper and furniture which she donated. What's great about Nina is that she is a green organizer. She donates rather than dumps. You then get a tax write-off which usually more than pays for her services. She's quick and efficient and gets the job done. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty, and she will whip your home into shape in a way that never felt possible before. She is totally worth it!
