Description of Work: My daughter used Luis Zhinin Masonry to do some work on her front steps in mid June.

+ -1 moreA neighbor recommended Luis after having his slate and brick steps and sidewalk repaired by him. Mr. Zhinin looked at the work we needed done, and the next day hand delivered an estimate in writing to our door. We needed to fix the back steps to our house, which were crumbling. When we gave him the go-ahead, he gave us dates for power washing and the masonry work. He and his assistant showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. He was very nice and very professional. The final bill was for the exact amount of his estimate.Also, I had to cut down a tall bush that was in the way for them to be able to do the work. I did this with a not-very-effective garden tool, so my cutting was pretty uneven. Mr. Zhinin offered to do further cutting to even it out, which I gratefully accepted. We will call him with our next masonry job.
Description of Work: The cement was crumbling on the back steps to our house (two stories of steps). We needed cement repaired where there were holes and cracks, and some slate replaced where necessary.
