house cleaning
+ -1 moreWe have had this company perform every other week cleaning for > 5 years. First few years, they were punctual and responsive to our needs -- changed dates or times when we asked them, etc.. The last 2 years, the service has been terrible. There have been times that they fail to clean the house because the crew can't unlock the door. The owner said that he would come to the house to test the key and teach his crew how to unlock the door. He never came despite repeated assurances. We sent keys to more than one house lock so that they could enter. The crew lost all of our house keys. We changed the locks at our expense and they lost the keys again. We changed the locks a second time (at our expense) and called to say that we were sending a set of replacement keys. They failed to tell us that they had moved their office and that their mailing address had changed. The keys were misplaced for >2 weeks causing us to change our locks for a third time. We will never have them back!
Description of Work: General housecleaning every other week. We have hired them for more than 5 years. General dusting and floors of all rooms (2700 sq ft.)

+ -1 moreIT WAS JUST OKAY. I EXPECTED THINGS TO BE CLEANER THAN THEY WERE, AND IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED. THE PEOPLE WERE NOT MEMORABLE. THEY SHOWED UP PRETTY CLOSE TO THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE HERE.
Description of Work: IT WAS HOUSECLEANING. THEY DO EVERYTHING.
