Joanna was great and easy to work with. She initially identified some critical structural issues that we needed to resolve before moving on to decorating. She had several contacts that we used (and were competitive or better than other quotes that we received!) She was comfortable with all the vendors that we chose and she even was able to assist with coordinating the vendors when we needed it in a pinch. For decorating, she was great to work with. She quickly understood our style and was able to select pieces that we love! She is easy to communicate with and efficient in shopping (I really dislike shopping). She was able to work with the pieces that we liked. We are really pleased with the result.

The process was seamless with Joanna. She brought me to people who she works with and trusts and, we selected several slabs of granite. I did not know that granite came in such a variety of patterns and colors. We brought them home and lived with them for a few days and then selected the actual slab that will be in my home.

I am always on the road and not readily available. We communicate by e mail, text and phone and that works well for me. I know I can trust her to go to the stores to "preview" and "edit" choices for me saving me time and lots of money. She is always right on!
