William and his crew did a great job. Bathroom looks great. Wilson was onsite and was very skillful. Only thing I would say as with any contractor is be very specific on details so nothing has to be redone. All in all fantastic and I will for sure use William again

William and his team did a wonderful job on a full roof replacement and the installation of 3 new skylights. They were prompt, professional, courteous, responsive to all my questions, and did a spotless cleanp afterwards. All at a good price. The new roof looks great. The very quick response was amazing. I was also very impressed with the fact that they found and (very cheaply) repaired an additional shingle that was needed in a different spot. The crew went to work quickly and did not waste one minute. They even had the exact same color of shingle I needed in their truck. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased.

I initially was impressed by William, he responded quickly to my Home Advisor inquiry, he showed up early for the estimate and gave a fair assessment and price for the repair. He even called to request a reschedule because he wasn't able to commit to the original date we scheduled for the repair. The problem I had was that he quoted a repair to replace defective shingles and he invoiced me for that repair. In fact he never replaced any shingles but instead he patched with a small amount of roofing tar and never informed me of the substitute repair. When I called him he defended the repair by stating that it did not require any shingles to be replaced and offered to reduce the price plus a one year warranty. I declined his offer and asked him to come back and complete the repair we agreed to , he has not contacted me since and I was forced to "stop payment" on the check. I can not recommend this contractor to anyone.

I am still working on blueprints and details and the job is going well in initial stages-delay due to holidays. So far, the estimate and demeanor and willingness to work within my budget and specifications is impressing me. I have additional work so if I like the end product I will continue to hire.

It was in November. We had a heavy rain and the roof leaked all over the Kitchen. William returned my call within 5 minutes and was here in an hour to the assess the damage and give me a quote. I got several quotes and his was the the best. He and his crew came and did the job even with the roof covered with snow. He's a GAF accredited technician, very knowledgeable and stands behind his work. The roof came with a 30 year warranty. I had an issue with a leak around a vent and he didn't hesitate to come out and fix the problem himself. I have recommended him to friends and would use him again for additional projects.

William and his crew showed up on time and finished our project in a very timely manner. He let me know of any issues quickly and I'm very pleased with the project. We will have some additional work in the Spring and will definitely call William.

Very nice neat job . Came when they said they would and did the right things. Only contractor out there willing to do a small roof job and to take the care to not damage anything and be neat as well.
