Now the project, installation of an asphalt roof, has been completed. His work crew is the best, high quality service delivery team I have met . I hired this company from Home Advisor recently to repair and replace shingles on my house roof and garage roof. The owner called me and we made an arrangement to meet to get an estimate. He arrived on the right day and time. I approved the estimate and the work began several days later. He provided a written contract detailing all the work and costs. There were 4-5 workers on the job and it was completed in three days. They were professional and courteous and answered any questions or concerns we had. The price was considered within the range I had researched of $3-6/sq foot. I would recommend this company for any construction project.

I contacted William to replace the roof on a new home I purchased. It was a big job as it was not only a large contemporary with multiple levels. It also included replacing the roof on the two car detached garage with apartment. He responded immediately, was fair in pricing, and did an excellent job. He even completed a few other carpenter projects (all this while we went away on vacation!). What made him stand out was that he was honest and easy to get a hold off.  I will be using him for future projects as well as referrals to clients (I am a realtor), friends and family. He sent pictures of the work he did at every step while we were pool side! Thank you, William.

William and his crew replaced my roof. They did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up afterwards. They finished in three days instead of four and the roof looks great. William was easy to deal with and patient despite the fact that we had to wait nearly three months for the permit. I would definitely hire Ecua for future projects.

Excellent Service.

The contractor did the work he signed up to do, but neglected to mention that there was extensive rot and damage beyond what he initially saw. There is no way this would not have been apparent to him once he began the siding job, but he just covered up the problem so that it looked okay from the outside. I would not expect to get the full additional repair based on the original bid, but I would expect him to give me the heads up that the problems were deeper than initially estimated.
