We used William and his crew to install a new roof They were prompt, cooperative, efficient, cleaned up well, fair price, would highly recommend.

William was professional, friendly and extremely efficient with assessing the job, providing the estimate and getting the job done. He was by far the fairest and most attentive to customer service out of the many contractors I met with. His crew worked fast, cleaned up thoroughly and did a beautiful job on both my roof and chimmney.

The repair of the roof looked good-they were timely in their response, efficient, and did good work but I did have some problems communicating with the work crew

THE PROJECT OF RE-SHINGLING MY LARGE GARAGE ROOF IS 3/4 DONE AND WILL BE COMPLETED TODAY. THE MEN DOING THIS WORK ARE OBVIOUSLY EXPERT AT WHAT THEY DO, AND I WOULD RATE THE JOB SO FAR AS "EXCELLENT". EVERY SMALL DETAIL IS DONE AND THE SITE IS CONSTANTLY KEPT CLEANED UP. THE COMMUNICATION WAS VERY GOOD, THE CREW STARTED ON TIME AND A JOB I SUPPOSED WOULD TAKE A WEEK WILL BE COMPLETED IN JUST TWO DAYS! MY ADVISE: DO NOT BE AFRAID TO USE THIS COMPANY.

William did a whole house roof replacement; he gave a reasonable quote, was polite and professional all the way through, his men were quick and professional and the job was done on time at the contract price. We are very pleased and would use him again for other work. The only item would be - if you expect gutters, make sure it's in the contract price as a line item with the roof.

I wish I could rate them higher then 5 because I would give them a 10. Every thing I expected and more. William was wonderful to deal with. Honest. Fast Good work. We loved the results. His price was low and he got the work done quickly. Everything about this company is positive. If you need any work done you want to use this company, you can trust them to do it right. I sent in a request after 9pm on a Sunday and William got back to me later that night. He was a little bit late for the appointment, but kept me posted as to his whereabouts throughout. I don't mind someone being 10-15 minutes late, but I do mind not knowing if I'm getting blown off. His updates were key. He and his partner repaired the flashing on my window that was leaking. It hasn't rained much since the job, but it appears to have done the trick so far. They also fixed the screen on the window while they were on the roof, which I didn't really ask them to do, but greatly appreciated nonetheless.

The service was required when we moved from our home. After the movers left, the home required a thorough cleaing top to bottom. Equa and company provided a team of 4 to seep, mop, wipe down, etc the entire home. They did a spectacular job. I would recommend them to anyone!

We were very pleasantly surprised at the job that William and his crew did. Not only was it of the highest quality but they did things we didn't expect and for that reason didn't realize until after they were gone. For instance, they cleaned the stove and oven. We never thought this would be done, but when we went to use the oven and saw that it had been thoroughly cleaned we were just blown away. William's cleaning crew of three were pleasant and very hard working. They didn't stop once all the time they were at our house for nearly five hours. We would heartily recommend William's service to anyone without reservation.

They did a great job. I could not be happier with their services. The condo was cleaned to perfection and ready for someone to move in.

William was the first to give me a quote and actively followed up to get the job. There were three painters who worked very quickly and had the whole house patched, primed and painted in far LESS time than they promised. I had planned to hire a painting firm, but it really worked out well that Ecua also did carpentry and general construction. They used plaster creatively to fill in where wood molding was missing. They also were able to do electrical work that involved opening the ceiling, and then repaired the ceiling like new. Good price, fast work, excellent job, pleasant people -- I'd recommend them for sure!
