We need someone to repair our gutters and add downspouts to the system, we have called at least 5 contractors in the Utica Rome NY area; none of them have had the courtesy to return our calls. Several construction company's have come out to give estimates on other work we needed done in the house we purchases last December, they come out, say they'll call soon and are never heard from again. If they don't want the work, they should say so, but to tie us up for a week or more waiting for a call that never comes is down right rude and unprofessional. I was hoping this one would be different, but he was the same as the rest. No response.

Great experience. Came out and fixed my problem on the same day I called.

It went very well. Very pleased with all Jeff did and love my new bathroom!! Project was slowed down because of vendors not delivering product when promised, but can't fault Jeff for that. He was very upfront with me and kept me informed along the way. Will certainly use Jeff again.

Pilot light on the water heater would not light and we could not get any spark from the ignitor. We called J-Tech and left a message. He returned our call within a hour and was at our residence within a hour after that.He diagnosed the problem quickly, went out and purchased a new assembly and installed it in the water heater within another hour. Jeff was very professional, personable individual to work with and reasonably priced his service. I would definitely recommend and utilize him again

I watched him to know how to do the next replacement myself. He was very helpful explaining things. Turns out that small burners are more expensive than large ones because (he said) the assumption is that the small ones are used less. Not so in our house!

Summary: we couldn't be happier with the results of both.

Jeff came out right away and the quote was written up within a day detailing what was to occur. Even though we did not go with J-Tech the price was very reasonable. I am keeping Jeff's information for future handyman work.

The guy who came was great. Actually, he is coming back to remodel my whole bathroom. He can be trusted. Actually, I can leave my house to him. I do not have to worry about him. He is very honest and upfront. I think his prices are very, very much in line. I am just overall very, very happy with him. He does what he says he is going to do also. He explained everything to me about my bathroom leak repair, and he told me what he was going to do. He was very professional. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

Excellent. Returned call immediately. Set up date to provide estimate. Scheduled work for following day. Came exactly when he said he would. Work was done professionally. J-Tech is very busy because they are very good. We were lucky Jeff was able to fit us in to his very busy schedule. Having just a small job was very helpful. I would not rate them poorly if they are unable to fit a job into their schedule.

I called Jeff, he answered his phone while on another job out-of-town and explained he would stop at my business in two days. Jeff arrived when he told me he would meet with me and I explained the work needed. Jeff returned with a written estimate the next day and i agreed to have the work done my J Tech and we scheduled the date which was less than a week away. Jeff arrived with all equipment required and completed the work while my shop was open. He was prompt. His work was neat and professional and he did not disturb the daily operation of my business.

The overall experience was very positive

I had Jeff come out to run a gas line for my kitchen renovation; this consisted of tapping into the existing gas line in the basement and running it up to the position of the new cooktop. He had previously quoted me an estimate for the job, and even though the work took longer than anticipated he stuck to his estimate. His work is throrough and he is exceedingly meticulous (hence the extra time the job took), and I have the utmost confidence in the work her performed. This was the second time I contracted Jeff to do work for me; while both were relatively small jobs, I'd have no hesitation having him do a major project for me. He is, quite simply, a pro.

After speaking with J - Tech and describing my problem the man on the phone said he would get some information on the costs involved and call me back. NEVER CALLED BACK; NO RESPONSE.

Prompt, professional and polite, would use again without hesitation.

J-Tech provided excellent work. This was evident by the detail and the pride he showed in accomplishing the job. He is a person who takes pride in his work and the end product shows it. I would highly recommend this individual to anyone.

He drilled a pilot hole from the cellar up to the kitchen. Misjudged location of sink and drilled hole in dishwasher which he repaired at no cost. Rest of job was flawless.

He did is work, clean up was good. Overall he did a good job.

I would use their services again in the future.

I don't like them at all. He is very unprofessional on the phone. When I called him for the first time, he couldn't do it then as he had too many things going on. A couple of months later I called them up again and I left them two messages, and he didn't turn either one.

Never returned my call or email from this service.

Very professional - went right to work on taking oven aprt and replacing with new part and checking to make sure it worked and that all was connected.

I had house guest and of course one of the rare times I needed hot water for that part of the house it didn't work. I called on Sunday to leave a message to get it serviced on Tuesday. Bill returned calls and arrived as promised. Did the job quickly and correctly. He was very professional and friendly. His rates were very reasonable.I was so happy I asked for a quote for additional work on my property.

In response to my phone call, Jeff gave me an approxinmate price for the materials and work I needed. The next day, he came to look at the situatiion and then went out and purchased a new toilet and new faucets for the bathroom. He removed the old toilet and installed the new one, thus, stopping the leaking problem. He then replaced the old sink faucets. I am totally satisfied with his work and will call Jeff again when I need service. I highly recommend him and his work.
