countertops
+ -1 moreWe went to TZ Granite for soapstone countertops. Their small showroom and large workspace are near my husband's office. We were happy with their selection, and the gentleman working on the counters seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when we tried to set up an appointment and order, we got zero response. Nothing. They never returned calls. When my husband went in and talked with the gentleman working there again, he apologized and said he would call the owner/salesperson. Still no response. We have since gone with another provider.
Description of Work: The provider didn't do anything. We contacted TZ Granite at least 20 times and never received a return call.
