It went well. No Mold!! Great Company!!
Description of Work: They checked our ceiling for us since it had suffered some water damage due to a malfunctioning shower. This is the second time I've had them out to see if I had to worry about potential mold damage due to a leak. I was told I was fine and they didn't charge me either time.

When I went downstairs and saw all the water I was so worried, and didn't really know how to begin cleaning it up. PuroClean came out and did a free estimate and explained exactly what they would do to fix it. They always laid runners down so our house was protected. They were able to dry and save carpet which saved us a lot of money. I would use this company again! We did put a claim in with our insurance company and PuroClean worked hand in hand with the adjuster to make sure we were covered.
Description of Work: Our Sump Pump failed and flooded our entire basement. PuroClean came out within an hour and immediately started drying and saving our contents. They knew exactly what to do and were very respectful of our home. Their quick response saved us a lot of money overall.

The basement was a mess. It has debris that was in there for decades. They did a super job. It took them longer than expected and it did not cost me an extra cent. They were wonderful and I trusted them completely. Not a hassle at all. It was on our rental property that was empty, so it was not an inconvenience to anyone. It took one email and had someone out to give an estimate. He carefully looked at everything that needed to be done. Got the estimate. They worked around my schedule. Very happy!
