NORTHWIND INSULATION INC

I was going to do the job myself but decided to get some estimates on having the insulation professionally installed. After calling several insulation companies in the fall, Northwind was the only company to respond. I know this is the busy season for insulation but they started the job within a few days and completed the job in two days. Great job and it was less than I could purchase the materials and do it myself. I highly recommend them for any insulation job you have!

John from NORTHWIND INSULATION showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything very well and went into full detail regarding his recommendations. He promised me two quotes; one for a standard insulation improvement and one for a more expensive and thorough spray foam insulation. However, the company's communication is TERRIBLE!!! I have never heard back from any member of their company after John's visit, even after speaking with their receptionist multiple times and leaving multiple messages on John and Rich's cell phones. It is a shame because John seems like a really nice and caring worker and I wanted to use a local company in the South-towns.
