Modern window did a great job from start to finish. Salesman sold me, the measure guy was accurate and the installers were here & gone same day and left me with windows that will out last me. Thank you!

From the salesman to the person who came to measure to the installers, everyone was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. LOVE my new windows! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The crew came put tarps all through house they took extra car with removing doors they were polite and professional. They checked with our satisfaction. I will call them back to do more work.

Everything went very well. Took out old windows, put in new windows and then clean up.

Jerry was our salesman, straight forward kind a guy. The whole process went exactly as we were told, quick and efficient. Choos, our installer also wonderful.

In both cases, they came on time and got the work done in about 2 ½- 3 hours they cleaned up very nicely after themselves and over everything with me.

Got a coupon, called and set-up a meeting, salesman told us great things and we bought are large picture window and one small bedroom window. Bought in Sept. 6 months free financing, installed 12/1/15. Installers were great, friendly, knowledgeable , quick.

Dave and two others showed 8:30 a.m. went right to work. Removed and installed 4 windows. Cleaned up and finished about 12:30-1 p.m.

Well I "won" a free in home estimate and 10% off windows from some drawing which actually everyone "won" that. But that was about a month ago and this morning I check my credit report and I have a hard inquiry that I did not authorise I never gave them my social security number I never signed anything at all. That is not ok

The installers were very punctual. They performed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up very nicely. The salesmen was a little overwhelming, but that's his job. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Marvelous! Awesome - wonderful crew, (Dave Sr.), helped with curtains and moving bed. Clean, friendly and caring!! Also, great follow-up when I have questions.

Salesman was polite and informative. Tech (measurement ) man was polite. Installation crew was polite, efficient, thorough.

The install went smoothly. The crew laid down tarps, so the carpets stayed clean and did a great job, cleaning up. Be prepared during estimate to say yes though - no days to think about it.

Very Impressed. How quickly they installed all the windows. They changed all 11 in 5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves, everyone was friendly and professional.

The service rep. & installers arrived before scheduled appointments!! All service was fantastic and a very thorough clean-up was performed.

They showed up. Introduced themselves, layered blankets down to keep carpet clean. Did the windows, cleaned up, out in less than 4 hours.

Initial contact to receive estimate was informative and pleasant. Information was presented clearly with examples of product to examine. Installers arrived on schedule, on time, and were pleasant and professional. The team of installers worked efficiently, and were tidy throughout the process. At the end of the day, all windows were installed and sealed in, all signs of work removed, and all trash taken from the property. There was a problem with the seal on one window (these are double glass, with insulating vapor between. When contacted, Modern Windows immediately ordered a replacement for the (sight unseen) window, which was replaced in a brief visit within a few weeks. All contact with this company was professional and pleasant. The windows are very attractive, easy to clean, and the screen section glides smoothly. Our very old house (100+ years) had been drafty before this. Once we had the new windows installed, not only were the drafts gone, but the level of noise from the outside was much lower than before. We no longer had to listen to the sound of most cars passing on the street, and during windstorms, we have been snug and silent, whereas previously, the wind howled around us. The heat in the house has been better maintained (ditto the a/c during the summer) and energy bills have indeed gone down. The extreme weather we have had this winter has been an excellent test of the benefits of these windows, and even when it's below zero outside, there is no difference to us inside (which is not as it was before). Also, there is no cold air coming from around any window; one has to physically touch the glass or frame to feel any cold -- and unless it's very cold, even the metal frame is not chilled.

It was a little pricey but they are nice quality window so hopefully worth the price :) I was told they would arrive at 8, they didn't show until 9 however not a huge problem. They were professional and very nice. Cleaned up area nicely. They were done in about 5 hours which is amazing but they were I was told easy windows to replace. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
