Flex Epoxy Flooring

I called the office on Monday, was given the estimator's cell number, I called him and verbally arranged for an estimate, the following Wednesday at 10am. He requested a follow up email to flexepoxyflooring@hotmail.com to confirm the appointment and so that he could sync it with his calendar. I sent him the email as requested minutes after the phone call ended that Monday afternoon. I never received a reply to my email indicating that there was any problem with the date and time. On Wednesday, after waiting for 40 minutes, I called him and the best he could indicate was "I think I had you down for tomorrow." I declined the offer to arrange another time for an estimate. I get that things happen, but you have to give people the courtesy of a phone call when things change.

We are 150% satisfied! It came out so much better than we had hoped for! Ever time we walk in the garage we always are amazed at the total transformation of a dreary concrete floor & whole garage! We must add that for the 1st time a contractor did exactly what they said they would do & in our case ... Much more!! Mike & Chris are both young hardworking & honest! We would highly suggest them for your epoxy flooring needs & we would use them again without reservation. WONDERFUL JOB!!!! One last thing is...you can do it cheaper yourself w/ home store products. It will look much cheaper too! we have seen it at a friends home &... It looks like they did it themselves & looks sloppy & dirty already. It also took them forever to do & almost broke up their marriage...lol. The old saying that you get what you pay for is so true in this case! Our floor It looks like Professionals did it & Chris & Mike are VERY PROFESSIONAL!!
