Description of Work: Garage door spring broke. They came and opened the door so we could get the cars out and ordered the new spring. Installed 10 days later - cost = $468. Two weeks later on a Saturday the cable came off - again with cars in garage. Crawford unavailable. After A LOT of phone calls, got A-Authentic Garage Door out to open door($163). I gave Crawford a 'B' because they did do repair under warranty. But we are being extremely cautious and leaving one car out of the garage for at least a couple weeks. If it breaks again their rating will drop.
