They were very prompt and responsive. They came and did the estimate and were very flexible with my schedule. They also were able to get the estimate, the products in and installed within 2 and half weeks. They were extremely courteous and brought out samples. What they installed blends right in with the existing laminate in my home. I have had no problems what so ever. The technicians also cleaned up afterward so nicely. They were very conscience while being my home.

The owner and one assistant arrived in a timely fashion and spent 2-1/2 days on the flooring. While the work was well done, especially the back entryway, there were some issues with procedure. Since the plywood was being cut in the garage the back door was left open resulting in a lot of flies in the house everyday. There was little attempt to contain the spread of sawdust (leaving the door ooen while cutting, no plastic put up) which I understand is difficult, but they were aware that I have severe breathing issues. Along with this, the assistant smoked in the garage and driveway, even leaving a cigarette butt on the driveway. However, the workmanship is beautiful and we are pleased with the product.

Great experience, I would highly recommend and would definitely use them in the future. Mike Lina was very responsive, returned calls promptly, was a pleasure to work with. On the date of install they arrived right on time. Great workmanship, cleaned up afterward. They were actually done way before I thought they would be! The floor looks beautiful and we've gotten tons of compliments on it.

They were really professional and did a beautiful job. They were on time for the estimate and for the actual job. They cleaned up after themselves and their pricing is very reasonable.
