+ -1 moreexplained above that I had a stationary awning put over my deck.......There was no problems and every question that I had was answered and explained fully......l also wanted something done that I wasn't sure of and Vic put in writing that he would add another support pole at no charge if I decided that I wanted it.....
Description of Work: Vic Santigo, the owner of Dean"s Awnings, had a consultation with me explaining exactly what would be done.......His workmen ;were completely professional and measured very accurately.....not rushing......Then the poles were secured for the awning cover and after it was made, the cover was put on to make sure it fit exactly......All of these steps were very time consuming and there were 4 men working together,,,,all professional and they stayed on task......Vic would come over each time and check to make sure everything was perfect.

+ -1 moreI contacted the provider and Vic came for an estimate. He did the estimate on site and I accepted it. I reviewed with my wife the fabrics on the provider website and he sent us samples of the 4 types we were considering - he said that it is always better to see the samples and not only the online colors. Once we selected a fabric the crew came and installed. They were very professional and well prepared.
Description of Work: Replaced awnings fabric and fixed the extension mechanism
