Ed was very pleasant and easy to work with. He came when he said he would and did a thorough inspection and explained everything that was an issue and could cause problems down the road. I recommend him highly and will rehire him next time my chimney needs servicing and or cleaning.

They arrived early and were extremely curteous and the job was done quickly and cleanly. Then, they took us through what they did and why and then showed us our furnace chimney and explained we need a sleeve to be more efficient. They gave us an estimate and did not pressure us into anything. I have them in my calendar to call back yearly.
