She does an excellent job! She moves things, she goes underneath things, and she goes on top of things! She's very good. I've had other housekeepers that were great, and Donna is better.

Donna has been working for us for over a year. She is wonderful to have in our home. She meticulously cleans every corner of our house, which gets very dirty with a toddler, a cat, a wheelchair and two adults. Donna is very trustworthy, affordable and flexible in scheduling. We were having a party for our son and she came the day before the party to make sure the house looked it's best. I would highly recommend her.

Donna and her crew did a good job at the beginning, but after 10 months or so, and a change in the people who actually did the work, the level of service became hit or miss. We changed the day of the week that the cleaning occurred and that was when the service became unacceptable. The day I finally called to cancel completely, I notices a footprint on the kitchen floor and 'swiffered' it.... the pad was so filthy I actually sent a picture to Donna to let her know how little had been done. Her response was to say they should have 'gone over it again'....no offer to redo it or refund us for a job not completed. Unless Donna herself is doing the work, I would not recommend her service.

Donna has cleaned our two story Victorian home for two years now, and we cannot recommend her enough! Every visit, she shows an incredible attention to detail. We have three cats, and our house is spotless after she visits. Her prices are reasonable and she has been incredibly flexible when we have had to change schedules. Aside from her meticulous work, Donna is a an extremely pleasant person to work with, and we value her service.

Donna did not perform the services she was hired to. She showed up late every day she was scheduled to work, with not so much as a courtesy call to say she would be late. Once she arrived, Donna would chat and then start to clean. After a half hour or so, she would take a smoking break, going outside for 15 minutes at time for a cigarette. More times than not, donna would come back in to clean only to be on the phone. On several occasions, Donna even left our house to do an errand. The smoking breaks, phone calls and errands were all done in our time, our dollar. In addition, Donna would sit and watch TV and even fall asleep. Donna rarely, if ever, answered or returned our phone calls. When Donna was motivated, her cleaning was ok, she just wasn't motivated. She took advantage of us in every way. We tried to talk to her and work things out. Her response was to run and take our money with her. She stole from our family and renigged on agreements she made to pay back money owed to us. I am disgusted that a person in the service industry who has been in my house could do this. She has cleaned for several people I know who have since let her go for the same reasons. Do not hire this woman or let her in your house. She talks a good game while stealing you blind. She untrustworthy to say the least.

Donna is WONDERFUL!!! (I don't know how anyone could give her anything less than an A+!!!) I was able to reach Donna right away and she came over to give me a quote that same weekend. I liked Donna immediately ... she asked great questions and explained in great detail everything that's included in her service. Donna's also clearly an animal person, (I have a cat and a very large, scary sounding pit-bull mix). And just as importantly, my animals immediately liked Donna as well, (my cat actually came out and let Donna pet him, which he NEVER does!) My pets are one of the reasons I've been reluctant to hire a cleaner ... I worry about how they will be treated when I'm not around. But after meeting Donna, I knew they were in good hands! And Donna's cleaning is as wonderful as her personality!! I cannot tell you how fantastic it felt to walk into my house and see/smell how clean it was! Donna's business name is very accurate, she notices and addresses the details! Donna even called me later in the evening to see if I was happy with her work, and to let me know that, and quot;Each time I would notice a little more.and quot; I'm so impressed that she got my house, in lack of a better term, to a baseline of sorts her very first time here ... and I love even more that she isn't satisfied with just staying at that baseline! I am absolutely thrilled to have found Donna, and am sure she will be with us for a long time to come!!!

Donna started out cleaning for us weekly, but when our child became ill she started a full time house keeping position. She was completely unprofessional, never, ever punctual and would literally fall asleep while on the job. She would take multiple cigarette breaks daily lasting more than 20 minutes and complained about her duties. Questionable trust issues as well. I am so sorry I hired her. I would never recommend her service.

Donna is a workhorse! The house was a big job, and she stayed for 8 hours to make sure that she finished everything, despite both of us being exhausted. She spent a couple of hours in the basement, and it is immaculate. She cleaned our upstairs, which hadn't been cleaned comprehensively for years, and it shines. Switch plates, cobwebs, and overall cleaning was perfect. I highly recommend her for this type of job (the only experience that I have with her).

Donna cleaned my place last June and her work is meticulous. She cleaned 1.5 bathrooms and scrubbed my kitchen cabinets - no more and no less than what I asked her to do, and she got out all the gunk my landlords' cleaners were not able to. She was supposed to come back the following month right before the 4th of July bbq my family was hosting at our place. We had agreed upon a day and she gave me a time estimate because she had a couple other jobs before mine. She never called to update me that she was going to be late -- I had to be the one to call her twice to see around when she would be coming -- and then finally she called at the end of the day to say she and her team couldn't come after all because the current job was taking longer than expected. Fast forward nearly a year later and I contacted her last week to try to set up a cleaning day and she was supposed to call me back a few days later to nail down a day and a call never came, which honestly, did not surprise me. I went on to contact another cleaner through Angie's List. I'm not sure if she's so busy that she doesn't need extra jobs or just isn't very organized but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect her to return my call to set something up when she says she will. Donna does great work IF you can manage to get her to your house. Punctuality is definitely not her strength.

Donna's service does an excellent job. It is the first service I have used whose quality of work has not declined after almost a year. Donna is busy and she can be slow to respond to a request for an estimate, but it is worth the wait. It took me several months to get on her schedule, and I will not be giving up my spot any time soon.

The first few times Donna cleaned, she did a fine job. However, it went downhill from there. She's been extremely late or hasn't showed and made excuses (oh, I thought I texted you...). And the cleaning has been just ok.

I called Donna and we mutually arranged that she would come to my house on September 9 between about 5 and 6 pm to provide me with an estimate for cleaning my house. She was courteous and professional on the call. However, she never showed up on the 9th. It is now September 17 and I have not heard a word from her since my initial phone call. I am very disappointed in this lack of communication and responsiveness.

I still haven't heard from Donna.

Donna's Detail is a fantastic house cleaning service. Overall, we've been very happy with these services. This company really does provide detailed cleaning! We've used other companies in the past and have been VERY disappointed with the service, professionalism of the employees, and cost for what you were getting. You won't be disappointed with Donna's Detail Services - they really do provide good service at a good price. We've already recommended this company to our friends and neighbors and we've heard good reports back. We plan on continuing to use this company.

Everything went welll and she completed all aspects of the job in a timely manner.

Donna does an outstanding job of cleaning my home, she’s very thorough and very hard working. After the first time she came I kept finding things that she cleaned and thought how nice it looked, often thinking she’d never have had time to get to that. Best of all, my kitchen and bathrooms are shining clean. Each month since she’s kept things looking just as great. She is also is very personable and pleasant to work with and is someone of integrity that you feel very comfortable having in your home. When I initially spoke with Donna, she offered a number of references, I called several and they had nothing but high praise for Donna and her team. Same for me, I highly recommend her.

Donna does a wonderful job. the house smells clean and fresh, not of chemicals. The is very detail oriented and spends extra time on different areas each time she comes to our home. We now use her regularly every month.

My original cleaners were downsizing and, since I was a once-a-month customer, they decided that they could no longer keep me as a customer. So, I searched and interviewed a few Angie's List recommendations. Donna stopped by the house a day or two after I spoke with her on the phone to give me a quote. While she was not the least expensive, she impressed me as someone who was diligent about doing a good job. We scheduled the first clean a week later. She and her daughter came and did an excellent job. We are, fortunately, now on her once-a-month rotation.

I was thrilled to find Donna. She worked for my husband and I when empolyed by another service, and I was thrilled when she started her own business. I would confidently recommend her to anyone who needs a competent and thorough housekeeping service.
