The overall job went excellent. I left I went out of town and when I came back it was all done but there wasn’t any remanence it was very clean and they didn’t leave any junk here so they cleaned it up like they never been here. I really liked the experience very much.

Terrible, Horrible a nightmare! I never received a "Contract" as required by law, I repeatly requested a contract and was promised bne never received one. One of his workers was performing a tear off for the first time, he didn't come back a second day. The crew used my gardening gloves from my garage, without permission. The crew rolled glass bottles off the roof. Broke a window and refused to admit that Dana Enterprise's crew had done it The compressor repeatly tripped the circut breakers in my house, forcing me to come home from Rochester. One time I came home from work to find, mud in my bathroom, light on in the house and my basement door damaged. I immediatly called William Dana Jr. and he begged me not to call the police. ( Big mistake on my part ) William Dana Jr. instructed his crew to plug into the neighbors house, they were not home. The compressor blew the neighbors circut too, and not a word was said! I was watching the neighbors house and discovered it days later. They also covered the roof vents in my garage and told me I didn't need them. The window were steaming up and I wondered why. On top of all this they installed a leaky roof! I had to hire another contractor and paid over $4000,00 to fix Dana Enterprise's orginal work.
