They are a terrific company. They are very punctual, good price, and they did good work. I would highly recommend them. I do intend to use them again when needed.

We just had an estimate the gentleman was courteous he called to say he was running late which was about 15-20 min. Their price was just too high. We will be going with Re-Bath which I will write a review about when the work is completed at the end of May.

The owner returned my initial call for an estimate and all other calls in a very timely manner. The crew showed up on the expected start date to get set up and were on the roof by 8:00 a.m. They were on time every morning and I was able to tak to the lead guy every morning before going to work. The lead was able to tell me what to expect, kept me apprised of what was going on and when the job would be finished. The crew worked hard and dilligently every day and left the yard cleaned up and presentable looking at the end of every day. The owner called after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and I was. A very professional unit that has not forgotten about the importance of customer service from beginning to end. I will definitely use them again for other work.

Very professional and courteous. Price was better than 2 other estimates. Did a good job cleaning up. Came when they said they would and completed the job ahead of schedule. Even helped "retune" the satellite dish. Would have them back in a heartbeat.

Estimate was thorough, with detailed description of the work to be done, time for answering questions, and a reasonable cost, without trying to talk me into unnecessary services. Once I decided to use the company, shingle color samples were brought to my house the next day. They were able to accommodate my schedule for completing the job. During the project, rotted roof decking and rafters were discovered (a possibility mentioned during the initial meeting) - I was informed of this before they were replaced, since it did involve an extra charge. Those doing the job were professional, respectful. Clean- up following the job was thorough. I was contacted following the job to check my satisfaction with the work performed. I had a question and the head contractor came to my house the same day to discuss it with me (there was not a problem with the work they had done). Very satisfied with Best Construction!

We were very pleased with their work and we are planning on having them do siding for us as well. The owner of the company is a very responsive person; he always returned our calls and showed up when he said he would. We agreed with his philosophy about how to go about things and he didn?t try to sell us more than we needed or sell us something of a lesser quality. Their price was not the best but I am willing to pay more to get a higher quality job.

I hired Best Construction to do a complete tear off of 2 layers and re-roof my house and garage. While it did take a while for them to actually get here to give me an estimate (about a week or so, but to be expected for prime time roofing season), I am completely satisfied with the work they performed. They started and finished the job exactly when they said they would and everything was done to my satisfaction (the first time). They even discovered an area where the wood sheeting needed to be replaced during the tear off (which wasn't included in the estimate) and didn't charge me extra. I also felt the overall pricing for the job was very fair. During the job, I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and efficiency that the crew demonstrated. I also thought it was a nice touch when the owner of the company (Marty) called me a few days later to make sure I was happy and once again thank me for the business. IMO- A no frills/no bs company. Just an honest hard working contractor than understands how to do business the right way by taking care of the customer.

They were excellent! They had great customer service and an extremely high-level of skill. They took our suggestions seriously and were truly a pleasure to deal with.

Marty, the owner, was very professional in all of his actions. The written estimate and contract clearly stated the detail work and possible contingencies. Marty provided work start updates regularly. The crew stated on time, were very conscientious of the property, plantings, landscaping etc. The crew was professional doing an excellent job and answering questions whenever I had them. The crew finished on time and left no mess. I had also asked the company to remove some scrap metal which they did for a small added fee.
