I just wanted to say that my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the work Shane and his crew did on our roof and gutters. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything, from the products used to the installation process. They were also very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris, and the only thing they left behind was a stunning roof and gleaming new gutters. This company is high on our list of the highest quality company in home improvement. They showed integrity from beginning to end of a huge job well done. Shane was always available to take our calls, answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. He worked with us on the price of replacing our entire roof and repairing our chimney and the underlying plywood. We had big problems after hiring a large, local company just 8 years prior. This team of workers headed up by Shane's brother, Scott were punctual, organized, willing to change plans when rain showed up in the forecast (which precluded damage to a partially replaced roof - instead they only removed part of the roof at one time so no unnecessary exposure occurred) The job was huge and the work was done quickly and neatly. They really went above and beyond replacing the roof including replacing downspouts, and filling in around the house to alleviate some exposure of our foundation. They even came on the weekend to get the job done before heavy rain forecasted for the following week. I cannot say enough good about these very competent, honest, trustworthy guys. You cannot go wrong hiring them for your next job.

Excellent first responders!! In desperation, we had contacted a well known local group (in business for decades) - who told me to buy some caulk and get up there and do it myself (???) - Within literally minutes of checking with Home Advisor, Shane called, told me he'd be here by 9 (eve though an hour away) - and was here promptly!! A complicated repair that has also required another visit (Scott interrupted Christmas shopping to stop by) - very pleased, excited to see the repairs through next spring!! Highly recommend!

I called him and sent an email as I was in desperate mode due to our roof leaking and coming right down into our house.Shane called me within an hour, told me he would be there in 15-20 minutes and by God he was there. He tarped it off for now as it has been raining a great deal and will be back to replace the roof. I would highly recommend this company, prompt, courteous and reasonable

Shane was very prompt and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done with my gutters, He came within 24 hours of my call, cleaned the gutters, took pictures of them, gave me feed back on the condition of the gutters and what condition they were in and a price for replacing just what was needed on the damaged part of the gutter, also while he was on the roof he found and photographed a loose section shingles/ underlay and brought that to my attention and gave a price to fix that also before it became a problem.

So far I only hired them to do an emergency tarp cover, but I was impressed with how quickly they responded on a holiday weekend. Sean sounded knowledgeable and professional and I will absolutely consider him for the job after I talk to my insurance broker.
