My husband dropped off our computer to be reparied...it would not turn on. They called with an estimate and said it turned on for them, but that the memory sticks were bad and that it had viruses. They replaced the memory sticks, removed the viruses, and charged us to add an anti-virus software (even though we had renewed our McAfee virus software in Nov. 2010). We got it home and it is still not turning on for us. Have changed surge protectors with no luck. When I called to about this issue, I was told I would have to pay the $60 fee to look at it again -- this is the fee charged just to look at the machine and see what is wrong with it. I feel that the turning on problem should have been addressed the first time. The girl who answered was quite rude about it. The owner was not helpful via e-mail either. We still do not have a working computer and have wasted $260 which we could have put towards a new one.
