Jesse was our plumber who came and checked it out. Determined that pipes leading out to the septic had "backflow" - he kept at it, using a snake to determine if there was a blockage, and then even locating the top to the septic tank and digging down to get to the top and open it and check. Sure enough the tank was full, but he also ran a snake, discovering a complete blockage out on the way to the leech field. Which is why the water was now backflowing into the septic pipes into house, So he did good detective work, followed through, and diagnosed the problem. Then had to call septic company, etc. to empty tank, dig up and lay new pipes.

He did a good job. He found the pipe and fixed it.

I had to call them several times before getting a response, when he finally got to the house he stayed for less than 15 minutes, told us everything was fine, made a few small suggestions but did NOT seem confident in his ability to do the work, then charged us $100 for his time, stating that his opinion and expertise was valuable.

Took a few tries, trial and error but overall went great, got the heat working lol and the service tech Josh was really sweet, understanding and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

When our furnace quit in April, our first thought was to use electric heaters and postpone what we were sure would be the very expensive repair of our furnace. However, two days of bitter cold quickly changed our mind and we called for service late morning. The repair man was at the house within a couple of hours. He was friendly, informative, and gave me advice regarding moving the hot air throughout the house and increasing the efficiency of the furnace that we presently have. He also observed that the metal box around the cold air duct was missing a panel and repaired that for me without hesitation.

These guys arrived less than an hour after I called. They determined what was wrong - a hose that drains excess humidity from the furnace had deteriorated (after 12 years of use). They had to leave to go get the replacement hose and came back right away with a new hose and a replacement filter. It was fixed within minutes after their return. iThey were very professional, very nice, and fixed the problem.

He would not even come and look at the problem. He was very, very rude and called me a deadbeat.It seems one of our neighbours, with a name similar to ours, had not paid him. He refused to come, even after I explained that we were not the same people who didn't pay him. We had never used him, we were new to the area and I got his name from the phone boo I have never been late paying a bill in my life and I was very offended. I would never recommend him to anyone, ever!

Their cleanout went okay, but they didn't seem to want to follow up when I asked about installing a new sewer line.

They show up late, leave messes behind, and are unorganized and difficult to get a hold of at times, however they quality of their work is fair.

They arrived promptly and completed the work within the time frame promised. The plumber who installed the new hot water heater was friendly, but professional, and even took the time to explain the best, safest hot water temperature settings to us.

Promised to come on Day 1 - did not come, no phone call from plumber. I called them and got the answering machine. They did call on day 2 and arrived on time. Friendly, fixed the valve and cleaned up.

Their prices are great and they are nice guys. They have left a mess a couple of times after doing the work. They don't really call you back too much so their service is good and bad in different ways. Their prices are so much better than most of the other guys out there. They are great plumbers, but a lot of times they show up late and they don't call back right away like they should. They have done large and small jobs and they get them done.
