+ -1 moreGreat service and great price. The install crew did a great job placing home on foundation. The finish crew did a great job also. Could not have gone better. Would use G&I again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreI purchased a modular home from Gand I Homes. I couldn't be happier it started with Sales they where honest and had great pricing no hidden fees or charges it was the exact price and delivered on time. The construction was great. The crew consisted of experienced carpenters and crane operators. The finish crew was very attentive to all the finish work they had to complete inside. I had to call once for some warranty work with (Water Heater Element). They responded the same day and replaced heating element which I caused to burn out. They repaired it for free even though I caused the issue by accident. If you are considering a modular home these are the people to buy from. I can't say enough good things about them.
