+ 1 moreUpon using sand between pavers it kept washing out. For 3 years we put up with a patio that was more like a beach then a patio. We finally had another landscaping company come in, and did it right. When installing the pavers, the concrete apron around the pool started dropping and pulling away from the pool. We have a contractor coming in to fix that. We also had Nicks Landscaping install a fence around the pool area. Within 2 years we had to put up another fence. The posts were warping and gates wouldn't close much less lock.
Description of Work: We had a new patio put down using pavers and fencing around the pool. The cost of the work Nick's Landscaping was $50,000.00.

+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. When he was ready to do the work, we still had not cleaned out the debris from the demo of the garage. He volunteered to move it out of the way for us. Then he also removed some concrete for us that was in rough shape. Then he put in the gravel pad and it looks great. Outstanding work.
Description of Work: Grade out old garage floor and foundation and put in a large gravel pad.

+ -1 moreHe was here on time and did what he said he was going to do. Those are very appreciated qualities. At the time, we were having some issues with another contractor, but he was not a headache at all. He did what he was asked, and he was reasonable.
