We purchased both tile and hardwood to repair a damaged bedroom/bath for a vacation home. Took three vacation days to be there for the repairs and they only showed up one day (and late to boot). The installer, who was nice, was only able to get 1/2 the job done and promised to show up the next day when the hardwood was to go in. No show on both counts. We are now sitting here with 1/2 done bathroom and no bedroom floor while they sit on thousands of our deposit $$. I've been renovating several times over 30 years of home ownership and never have I been treated as shabby as this company. Avoid at all cost - the discounts they promise is not worth the aggravation.

Richard Scott was an excellent salesman. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Kirk Higgins installed the floor. He did an absolutely flawless job. He was on time, friendly and professional. Richard Scott helped us with his knowledge of exotic tigerwood floor in our decision to purchase. He was extremely professional, friendly and helped us get to a price that was affordable. Kirk Higgins installed the floor absolutely perfectly. We love our floor!
