Olean Appliance Repair

Set up an appointment to check our fridge, which was leaking water. When they never showed up for the appointment, we called to find out why. They said WE had called to tell them we bought a new fridge and cancelled the appointment. We never made that call. They set up an appointment for the next day. Then they called us back and said they could come right away. Lie--after two hours of waiting around (we had plans to go out that day with visitors who came from another continent to see us) we called to find out why they hadn't come. They had no idea what we were talking about and were confused why we wanted them to come right away when we had an appointment for tomorrow. Why on earth did they call us to tell us they were coming right away? Now, after all this trouble, they tell us that they can't have an appointment with us because we're not in their area. We live a few blocks away from the location listed here. But they called us back to say that they are not coming to fix our fridge, ever, because we live out of their range. So the location listed here is a lie. Who knows where these people really are and what they actually do for a living. It's not Olean, wherever it is. Seriously, I am so upset at this company for wasting two days of our time while water pours out of our fridge and we lost precious time with our company. At the bottom I said I went to the provider's location. Actually, we just called them. Who knows where on earth they are actually located.
