Well he first wanted the money for the plumber to put in the hot water tank, Mans name was Mike' works for Five Star Bank, took them two weeks to get to the house, all the while saying they were coming every day. When Mike put in the hot water tank, he put in one that had a 6 year warranty instead of the 15 year one that I wanted (that's my fault he says). Now for the condensate pump which was wired to the furnace. Nope, he put the condensate pump next to the furnace, threw the line that brings the condensate from the furnace in the corner of the cellar, wrapped the cord around the pipe in the basement, DISCONNECTED our sump pump, took that electrical connection and plugged it into the furnace. Meanwhile the water from the furnace was just dripping on the floor. Rick and his brother came, told me they would fix it, took my furnace book, and left. They then called me and accused me of tampering with what Mike did. Therefore, it was my fault and not their's. Also while this was going on they were putting in windows, b******* all the while. Rick's brother kept on complaining about doing the work. When I went to look at the garage windows there was a quarter inch gap around the window. Rick's brother told me to put a curtain around it. Really, they put no insulation at all in the gap (that I had bought). They were working on the house windows when I caught this, what a mess. In the bathroom, they ripped out the window, busted my wood wall put holes in it all around the frame where they used a crowbar to get the window out. They they proceed to put the window in, and took sheet metal screws and put in my molding. The sheet metal screws are about a quarter of a inch wide in the frame all around. Just a mess, put no insulation in. When approached, got told to put curtains on it. Really, they don't care about the gaps, live with it. No, then Rick's brother threw the hammer and left, one window just set in the frame with nothing to hold it in, and then they all left, never to return. When I called, they told me that I was unreasonable and watched them too much. When I asked about the molding, gaps, and busted wall they told me its what I deserved for watching them too closely! I had to have all the windows taken out and reput in by a reputable contractor, a plumber come in and fix the plumbing, never again MC FALL!!
Description of Work: Rick was supposed to put in a new hot water tank, plus a condensate pump for our gas furnace. He was also going to put in 14 windows. HA STAY AWAY SPEND YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!

We called and asked for down payment back as we needed licensed plumber and he and his brother were very rude and insisting w pay $100 for them to come out stating it was an emergency call and they had to give up jobs. This was not true as he said he would stop over when he was finished with a job. Later he called and said he was at home depot and would be on his way. They were very rude to me and I got a phone call saying they stopped over to give me my check back but I was home and no one came by. So they also lied. Decided to just stop payment on check. Lesson learned do not give down payments and ask lots questions beforehand. I am very disappointed that they would be so rude to people and try to take advantage and rip people off. The prices were outrageous and they are in violation of the law but providing plumbing services without a license.
Description of Work: Came out and looked at basement and pored some deodorizer on floor. Found out he wasn't licensed and it was against law for him to do plumbing work .
