Description of Work: I did not have a service performed but I do think that Kevin Miller Htg.deserves recognition. I called and left a message on 09/27/12 about two gas fireplaces I have in my home that are not working correctly. Mr Miller returned the call the next day and politely explained (voice message)that he did not work on this kind of equipment. I appreciate the honesty of Mr. Miller and the promptness with which he got back to me.

+ -1 moreKevin came out for an emergency heating service call on a Saturday in December. Even though he did not specialize in Munchkin boilers, he still got me up and running. He advised me to seek out a Munchkin specialist because they require specialized tools and troubleshooting. He was polite, professional and prompt and I would certainly call him again if I had more standard boiler system.
