Over all I was happy with the work performed except, I had asked them to perform the work at anytime they were in the area, as I was not in a hurry. They elected to come on a saturday afternoon. Which they charged me a weekend surcharge and emergency fee. They charge me nearly $500 for 45 minutes work and $5 worth of fasteners and connectors.

They do a good job. They are dependable and reliable.

While repairing the electric line to the well pump below the driveway surface they dug a trench across the only exit/entrance to the apartment building. Not once did they alert tenants of any actions taken. They cut the trench wide and only used thin plastic sheets to cover it. Cars sunk and the plastic bent so the tenants added a wooden panel under the sheets for support of the cars and avoidance of any falling into the trench. Some tenants drove over the lawn instead of trusting it. Kellner left this set up for a week. When they returned, they removed our board,leaving only the plastic sheets they had thought sufficient to cover the trench. On an attempt to leave, no blocks were up across the work zone. Just like they had left it before we added the board. I attempted to leave via the drive with a slow crossing of this trench. The plastic sheet bent up and ripped my exhaust system off from the converter. The workers glared and ignored me when I approached them for assistance.I am an old woman. I called the landlord and he called the owner. The owner refused to acknowledge their safety negligence with the plastic sheets being too short for the wide trench and insisted that I must have been careless and speeding! He never apologized for his rude workers either. My landlord finally got him to settle out of court for a third of my cost of replacement of my exhaust system. My landlord paid the other third and stuck me with the rest while Kellner still insulted me with talk of learning to drive!!! The entire project took them over 2 weeks,a simple job of sinking a new electric line from the well to the building! Total inconsideration for the property and welfare of the tenants was displayed.
