Highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable in waterproofing and masonry work. Did everything I asked plus more. From Franklin Square, New York

I was very disappointed with the results of the job. I was on site during the process. I asked one of the employees if he felt it necessary to cover the windows with plastic to assure no damage. He stated this was not necessary. Unfortunately, my front bay window was damaged by the liquid as it seeped between the two panels of glass. I attempted to call several times about the window incident with no return phone call. Luckily, the window supply company replaced the window free of charge. I was not happy with the employees as their appearance was dirty, non-responsive to my questions and overall attitude was poor.

THE BASEMENT NO LONGER FLOODS. THIS COMPANY FIXED OUR PROBLEM AND INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP SO THAT THE WATER CAN PROPERLY DRAIN. THE WORKERS MADE IT A FUN AND FAST JOB.

DIAMOND WATERPROOFING HAS THE CHEAPEST PRICES, AND THE MOST LOYAL WORKERS AROUND. THEY WORK HARD AND ACCURATELY. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE BASEMENT SINCE.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK DONE BY THIS COMPANY, BUT THEY SLACK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CATEGORY. THE WORKERS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BUT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE!
