Had almost no water pressure and was expecting the worst either the pump was going up or the well was dry. Ken quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged water filter. He recommended higher quality filters. He explained how to check the filters and how to bypass them. Ken is very knowledgeable and professional, he explains everything he does in an understandable way.

My well went dry and I couldnâ t get anyone to even come check it out. Untilâ ¦.. someone gave me Kenâ s number. He came out the following day and came to the same conclusion I figured it would be. A new well. Even when I talked to other pros, it would be months before they could get a drill rig out. Not Ken. He had his setup out within a week! Iâ m so very thankful for Ken and his crew. He had me and the family back in business the next day, to include plumbing, staying late into the evening until the job was complete. Canâ t thank him enough. Would call on him again as well as recommend to anyone I know.

Professional, prompt, knowledgeable

We had four contractors come out to look at our water system and we decided to go with Ken. Ken was the only one that wasn't quick to say that we needed to replace our water system, he checked the system, took water samples to find out what the system was doing or not doing. Ken wanted to make sure that the system didn't just need to repaired instead of replace. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable in his trade, he was also very honest! He didn't push for us to go through him, his main concern was that we got the best service and quality drinking water. He did a very thorough job on installing our new system and talked us through everything he was doing step by step to include hooking up our drinking water spigot and even hooking up our ice maker which was never done prior. Once job was complete he has stayed in contact with us follow up communication to ensure that our system is functioning properly and has met our needs. We look forward to working with Ken in the future and would definitely recommend him to friends, family, and coworkers!!
