+ -1 moreNewly installed range had a gas leak. The installer was able to point out where the leak was and we called the store for warranty service. The technician came out to check, took a look, and without testing indicated the gas manifold was needed. This part took the better of 2 months to get from factory as it was being made to order. once it arrived, we called for installation. During installation, the tech realized the work to replace the manifold would be more than 5-10 minutes. Then he said all that needed replacing was the gas hose adapter, but he didnt have the tool to do so. After being there for about 10 mins he refused to replace the part he himself said was needed, for which we waited 2 months with a non working stove. Should he had taken the manifold out he would have been able to replace the parts, but he refused to do so, likely because it would take time and effort to do. to date we've had a non working stove and wasted 2+ months waiting for a part that apparently he didnt need. Let alone coming unprepared to work on a stove he's supposedly certified to work on.
Description of Work: get our stove gas leak repaired. However this was not done due to refusal to spend the time needed for appropriate work to be done.

+ -1 moreOur dishwasher stopped draining water and water began to spill out onto our kitchen floor. We thought for sure we would need a new dishwasher. We searched online and came across Recommended Major Appliance Repair. We received prompt service, and the technician was able to accommodate us on our busy schedule. We received excellent service from our technician Paul. He was able to find the issue and had our old dishwasher back up and running in no time. He saved the day. I definitely recommend their services and will be looking to them for any future repairs needed for our appliances.

+ 0 moreStill waiting... Over 2 months without AC in the main area of my home. The guys that came to the job were nice enough but still no AC. The woman who answers the phones is rude and completely incompetent. Wants to pass all the work on the to customer. "Can't you have your old contractor order the part, I can't find it" Completely useless and unprofessional.
