Description of Work: They came over to fix a leaky faucet. He said he needed a part and claimed he was going to get it and come back and fix it. Over a week went by with no follow up. I finally got in touch with them and he said he couldn't get the part. I went online and ordered the part myself and changed out the piece on my own. There was just a lack of follow up and professionalism. If you didn't want the job, fine. Just say it upfront.
