The workers came and did a fine job. I was happy with the work. The issues started when there was a communication issue between myself and the owner. The price he gave was including the deck. He said on 3 different occasions his crew would be back to do the deck. Each time they didn't show and he finally decided it wasn't worth the trip. I needed to contact him each time they didn't show. His time is important which I understand, but so is mine. I waited on 3 different days and no one showed. Finally we agreed to forget the deck and refund me. He said the refund was ONLY $100, but the deck was originally triple that. I never received the $100 refund so I contacted him. He said he forgot and that it will be in the mail. That was over a month ago! I have given up on getting the refund. My fault for paying up front. I used him because Angies list gave him an A rating. Never again.

They came in my absence and examined the house. They then gave me an appraisal of $500.00 for cleaning all grimes and stains. I was there when they came and watch them do the work with pure cold water pressure. Upon completion you can hardly tell the difference. There only interest was coming back to stain and seal the wooded area for an additional $500.00. I felt so let down, I hurriedly paid them to go away. Some times you have to take your lost like a man. Most other places charge $399.00 for the same Job?

There was a minor delay and miscommunication regarding the extent of the contracted work. Bobby, the manager, worked it out via phone with me and the workers began the job which took 4-5 hours. They were diligent and professional. Bobby stopped by early and spoke to me and my husband. He, as well, was professional and well spoken. We would consider having other work done by Ocean View!

I spoke with the manager who came to my home within 24 hours to give me an estimate to powerwash my house. He was professional, polite and informative. I was given a written estimate on the spot and the job was completed two days later. The crew that came did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely before they left. I am new to the neighborhood and two of my neighbors stopped to ask me what company I used because they thought that they had done such a nice job.

He does an unbelievable job. I have recommended him to a number of people. These guys are wonderful when they come. The job he does is terrific. The quality of his work was excellent.

I would like to delete this review. I spoke with the vendor and they will be working with me to correct this situation.

They are okay. I am satisfied with their work that I called them back to do the inside of our house. They kind of do everything. Their pricing is wonderful.

I called up the owner and actually got him on the phone on my first try. We set up a date when he said he would give me an estimate. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. A few days later his men arrived and did a very careful and complete job. They made sure that no water got into my air conditioners and made sure not to damage any of my shrubs. They even cleaned my foundation and my front steps. It took three men two hours to do the job. When they were done the owner called me up to ask if I was happy with the job. The work was done in a very professional manner. I will definitely be telling my friends about the excellent job that they did.

The workers from Oceanview washed my entire house and deck. They were very prompt and very nice. They really cared about the job. They came when they promised. They really worked hard to clean up the house. They were very good in my opinion.
