Morgan was referred to me by someone who had used his service and was very satisfied with it. I needed the floors done in the upstairs apartment which included a new hardwood floor and molding installed in 1 bedroom and sanding and polyurethaning of the floors and stairs in rest of the apartment. Morgan was very accomodating on the phone and made an appointment to come within a couple of days to look at the job. He gave me an estimate and they started work within 2 days of the estimate. He did this because I had previously asked if he could fit me into his schedule since i was in a rush. The workmen completed the job in 3 days which was amazing. There was a very small area (12" square) that needed another coat. When I called them, they came right away and did it. It looks perfect. His skilled workmen and Morgan seem like family and I understand they have been together for decades. I am very pleased with the quality, cost , timeliness of the work and would highly recommend them.

Sanding wood floors is messy. All furniture and doorways should be covered. The walls do get covered with wood dust, so the homeowner should expect this and will be cleaning, dusting and vacuuming after the wood floors dry.

Overall, the service provided was excellent. Morgan is kind and courteous from start to finish. The first time he patiently went over all of my options (re-do floors or simply clean and polish?) with full pricing and the second time he gave an honest estimate of the closet floor situation and Mike the man who came to do the work was nothing but professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Morgan!
