John arrived on time and was able to accomplish the impossible. He made my 40 year old floor look like new. In addition, he was a dream to work with.

Couch and sofa are clean as new. Had an issue with my carpet, which he went out his way to make everything good. Exactly the type of guy you want for your job. Will call again.

John was very quick to get back to us regarding an appointment and came the next day. He was quick about completing the job, yet made sure it was done properly. I was very worried that the stains would not be able to be removed, but they came out and the area rug looks great! I will definitely be utilizing his services for the rest of my house in the future and will recommend him to anyone who needs these services.

John was a pleasure to deal with. Initially I left a message and he returned my call quickly and our appointment was scheduled for soon after that. I was extremely satisfied with the end results of both the grout and carpet cleaning. My tile gets a lot of traffic and it showed after years of use. It came out looking brand new. The carpet also came out looking great. I already recommended him to other people and they were extremely pleased.

This is the second time Ive used them. They arrive promptly, are professional and thorough, and even honest (which is hard to come by these days). I wanted to do the stairs leading up to the bedrooms and he told me they didn't really need to be done because it was still in good shape. I ultimately decided to do them anyway because I figured why not, but I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to take advantage of me. They cleaned up after themselves, even taking some garbage with them. I will be using them again in the future and would definitely recommend them.

I'd highly recommend using these guys. My rugs looked so clean and fresh! There was no smell at all and they were dry in no time. Their prices are reasonable and they were very flexible with making the appointment. John was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely use J C Carpet Cleaning again.

Jon was very professional. I had a stain that needed immediate attention and I was very appreciative that he was able to come next day for the service. I also has a stubborn stain that he miraculously cleaned off. He went above my expectation when he "injected" odor remover to my couch. He's a carpet doctor! Thanks Jon! I recommend him!

well -- there were several magic marker stains on the carpet from my 3 year old that didn't come out, but I didn't expect them to. otherwise both carpets looked great. only downside is that they were very wet for two days.

It looks great and it went so smoothly! John, who is the owner, came by the day before to look the job over. He gave me a good price, worked with my schedule, did an excellent job, arrived when he said he would, moved all the furniture and replaced things perfectly. He and his assistant cleaned up after the job was done. He gave me good instructions on maintaining the floors. He's very straightforward and a nice guy. His assistant was very good too. He took a credit card (also takes checks, etc) and my receipt was promptly emailed to me. He also provided a paper copy.

I've used JC's services a few times before, They use a Low Moisture Green Cleaning Process on Carpets & Upholstery that in my opinion far exceeds any other method. But this time around they cleaned & sealed my Travertine Floors on my entire first floor. Can't say enough how they brought my dull floors back to life. Great Service !!! Very Professional !!! Also showed me how to care for the floors to keep them looking their best... Amazing Service !!!!

Cleaning went very well. Carpet was 8 years old and had never been cleaned before. Several stains from young children were removed. The carpet looks like new now. Mr. Curate was on time and very professional.

The couch had a very difficult stain to remove and j.c. repeated cleaning on stain. He was very determined.

Carpet was cleaned as expected. A few small stains did not come out. Carpet dried completely by the next day. Overall happy with the result.
