I've used this company several times for Floors & Carpets, John the owner always does the work with his crew.. I'm always Amazed at the work JC's Carpets provides, they are responsive when you call them & provide several wonderful services. My three bathrooms look incredible but my kitchen & den travertine floors look absolutely insane like the day nine years ago when they were laid down. John thanks for always providing great work & will be referring you as always...

John was excellent. He didn't flinch when he saw the highly soiled area. In fact he worked at it until it was much cleaner than I ever expected it to be. I highly recommend John for his professionalism and high quality of service.

He was in my neighborhood the day after I purchased the deal, and so he was able to fit me in that day. I was amazed that he was able to get seven year old stains out of my cream colored rug. I can't remember it ever being this clean.

Lousy. Did not get what I paid for

I called John a week ago, scheduled his services and got a fair estimate. John arrived at my home and immediately got to work cleaning my staircase and then my handmade rug. The carpet and rug came out beautifully clean and were almost dry to the touch when finished. I was very impressed with the results. He also lowered the final cost because he said the original phone estimate was too high. Now, that's a fair businessman! I would definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him.

I found JCs Carpet Cleaning on Angie's list, and am so thrilled that I did. John was professional, friendly, and provided high quality service. He accommodated my schedule and was responsive to my questions. He spent a considerable amount of time during my initial call explaining the process and how his system, ( Dry Foam Extraction System) works. I would highly recommend this system, no strong odor, fast-drying and extremely efficient. My sofa looks amazing and was quite dirty from years of pet hair. Carpets sparkle now as well. Will definitely use JCs Carpet Cleaning for future cleanings!

Well worth the money. I highly recommend JC's Carpet Cleaning. John is responsive, professional and provided excellent results, which was no easy feat given the state of the carpets. I'm talking old carpets (living/dining room is 25+ years; "new" carpet is 10+) that were neglected for years and were full of dust, dirt and just plain filthy. Seriously, even he was surprised at how bad they were but he rose to the challenge and made sure to get out every stain. The whole process went smoothly, and the difference is amazing. I would definitely use him again and encourage anyone who needs carpet cleaning to call him.

JC was great and I wholeheartedly would recommend him to anyone that has tough stains they need to get out of their carpets. I have brand new light-colored wool carpet in my master bedroom that had a vomit stain from my dog getting sick. She also got sick on our new pale blue hallway carpeting. I called many carpet cleaners looking for someone who would be able to come out to the house quickly, before the stain set, but also used non-toxic/eco-friendly cleaners. I found JC, who was not only accommodating with his schedule, under the circumstances, but also really was helpful in talking me through what to expect and what his process would be. All that being said, the proof is really in how the carpets looked at the end of the day. He did a fantastic job under some difficult circumstances. I was very concerned about the wool carpet and how delicate it is, but JC was able to be tough on the stain and gentle on the carpet. He warned me that it might not all come out (as did others with whom I spoke), but it looks better than I could have hoped. He also cleaned the carpet in the guest house that has just been cleaned by another company, but still looked dingy. They said it was because the carpet was old and it was the best they could do. Well, when JC was done, the rug looked brand new. The best part is that his shampoo doesn't leave a smell and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours. Two thumbs up.

The bedroom rug, though I was told would not clean well because it was too old - I asked if he could do it anyhow, - and didn't see hardly any difference ... I cannot remember the cost at this time.

John was very knowledgeable and thorough. He spent time cleaning the couch with non toxic materials. He educated me as to how to maintain the couch and the carpet. I was very happy with him and the services he provided. Will definately call him again.

The details are all in superlatives. Nice guy (John/owner), very efficient, accommodating, paid attention to stains, uses a system requiring minimum water, dries fast, and little, if any, odor. Highly recommend!

John was very thorough and took pride in his work

John had a visit in October to review the work to be done. Since I would not be able to have him come in for several weeks we set November 11 as the date to do the job. He arrived on time and did a great job cleaning the tile floors. He is a very pleasant man and I would use him again.
