2 men showed up I used them before so I new them. very curtious, carefull & they really know what there doing. 14 years in business & owner John does all the work with other men. There prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I used this company same results amazing!!! JC's did all our carpeting & leather sectional, not to mention a horrible red juice stain that's been there for 6 months completely removed it. There system is totally GREEN & John proved it to me showing us his chemicals are green sealed approved which means alot to my family. Carpets dried in 2 hours the last time I cleaned my carpets they dried in 2 days. John also explained to me he has the only machine that cleans leather it was so soiled it know looks like the day I purchased it 6 years ago. I sound like there cheerleader but when you have a company that performs like this you have to speak about it. They cleaned my tile last year still looks great. AMAZING!!!!!

He made an appointment and never came to complete the work. He called 45 minutes before the appointment to cancel. This was infuriating. We had moved our furniture out of the bedroom and been sleeping on the couch, our house is in total disarray. He spoke with my husband regarding the work to be done and when we spoke with him today he explained that he had forgotten about the carpet cleaning. He explained he does not usually offer estimates for work because it was coupon, but we wanted additional work done which I guess he does not offer estimates for. He went on to complain about how he was coming from Oceanside, this was not a problem when we set up the initial appointment. This seems to be a really bad business practice. We had to call him three times in one hour. My husband spoke with him and he was rude and discourteous. It is unbelievable to me. He made an appointment with us, but was doing additional work for another client and just blew us off. Instead of calling us to ask if we could re-schedule he went ahead and did extra work for another client without any regard for the 5:30 appt. he made with us. He was boasting about how many calls he was getting from Angie's List and the Deal coupon that it seems he is taking for granted his ratings and customers. He seemed very cavalier.
Description of Work: I made an appointment to have him clean and seal the grout with a Big Deal coupon. We were also interested in having him clean the carpets for an extra charge.

I'm in business 13 years I've learned some people you just can't please. I just read their story. We had an EMERGENCY flood that morning on Friday Sept.24th. and we were behind, I offered to do it on Saurday or Sunday. I've never heard of moving all your furnture out of the room and also the night before when you have an 5.30 appointment. They were extremely rude not my kind of customer and they lost out on over $300 savings. "Relax IT'S JUST CARPET/TILE CLEANING"

They came out right away. He did the job and we are pleased with it. *Update* After the carpet dried up I noticed that there were spots that were on the carpet. Those spots were not there before he came and they must have been from bleach or some other chemical.

John from JC's came to my home for afree estimate, explained exactly how his system works & why I was'nt happy previously. It's not cheap doing Tile & grout we had over 400 sq. ft.but amazing results so it was well worth it. They are in business 13 years & owner does the work, very rarely do you get that. Can't say enough curtious & meticulous. We will be using this company again & again.
Description of Work: JC's Carpet Cleaning cleaned & sealed my Tile & Grout. I used Stanley Steemer 2 years ago & was not happy at all they had to come back & still was not happy. John assured me he had the best system & if we were'nt amazed it would be free. So we gave it a shot, my floors look like the day they were installed & John showed us how to care for them so we don't remove the sealer. He also did my neighbor same results & is going to do her sister in 2 weeks. Very knowledgable in his fiield. Coming back next month for my leather couch which they say they specialize in. A+ all around GREAT COMPANY!
