Description of Work: They came on time and cleaned two loveseats and a carpet and indoor outdoor rug. |We have two puppies who apparently thought that this carpet and loveseats were part of their training paper! Jc carpet cleaning got out the stains and the odor and I would highly recommend them even if you don't have puppies!!!!

Description of Work: Great, tiles were cleaned... A few minor spots needed a revisit (bits of paint spots still left on tiles, minor compared to the start, the cleaning was post-contractor and painting) overall the job was well done.

Description of Work: He was able to almost completely remove a fairly large red wine stain in a pale yellow wool area rug which had been there for several days. If he hadn't done as great a job as he did, we would have needed a new rug.

Description of Work: I contacted J C's Carpet Cleaning to clean three rooms of carpet in a home we had just moved out of, and were getting in shape to put on the market. He agreed to come on a Saturday morning, and quoted me a reasonable price. He arrived, with an assistant, 20 minutes late, and was rude and unaccommodating from the beginning. We had just moved the day before, and although all the furniture was out, as we had told him, there were some leftover items in the rooms. It was nothing we could not pick up within 15 minutes; in fact, we did so. But as soon as he saw the rooms, he began complaining about the nature of the job; these carpets, he told me, were not "ready to be cleaned." He actually had the nerve to say that he had thought he would be able to be done within a half hour, but that he now could not do so because he had a wedding to attend later. He was so incredibly rude, that we told him to just leave. Honestly, we would not have minded if he had politely said, "Gee, you know, this job is going to take longer than I had anticipated. Can we reschedule?" But his whole manner was nasty and critical. We wound up calling another company that very morning, and the other company was able to come that same day and did the job beautifully. Yes, the carpets were quite dirty, and the other gentleman did work for a couple of hours to get them clean. So again, we would have had no problem if J C's had told us he would have to come back; it was the nasty attitude, and lack of respect for the customer, that make us give him an "F."

Description of Work: Cleaned couch and chair in my apartment- took about 1 hour. Was an hour late for scheduled appt. and didn't call to say they were running late etc. Couch came out great. Chair came out OK, defintely improved- chair seemed to be done quickly. It is old and never professionally cleaned before so it probably came out as good as it could. They did spend x-tra time on excessively soiled spots on the couch. Work done by owner, John, and his assistant. Job done very neatly. I would use him again.
