Description of Work: They were one of a number of realtors we met with to sell our house. They offered that several times the helpful insights into the house's condition they provided to us was out of professional courtesy. As a favor. In the end, they put a lot of time into trying to persuade us that their final offer was the best we could do because of all the work the house needed. Their plan was to renovate and resell. We selected another realtor who sold it fairly quickly at a price that was almost 50% higher to someone else who also renovated and resold.
