Description of Work: I called Expo cleaning on a Friday to see if anyone would be available to deep clean my newly-purchased 2 bedroom co-op before my husband and I moved in the following Monday. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, and assured me that she could get a rep to come for me at 9:30AM the very next day. Great news! She quoted me a flat rate of 150.00 including the vacuum and cleaning supplies. I was so happy and thankful to have found them. | |Our cleaner and her supervisor came right on time the next morning, and did a walk through of the space to decide together what needed to be done. I was told I could go and that everything should be pretty much done 5 hours later (2:30pm). | |The only snafu is as follows -- I came back at 2pm and noticed that the kitchen still looked dirty, so I assumed the cleaner hadn't reached that room yet. I asked her a few minutes later, and she told me the room was already done. There were still dirt spots on the glass front cabinets, dirt around the stove knobs and water stains on the granite tops. I asked her if she planned to go back over it, and she said "you don't understand, this apartment was very dirty, I'm leaving at 2:30". This was only 15 minutes later! I ultimately got on the phone with her supervisor and explained to her that the cleaning job wasn't as thorough as I had hoped it would be. She agreed to come back and inspect it for herself. A part of me thinks she probably thought I was exaggerating, but when she came back - she ended up staying and working alongside the cleaner for another hour and a half to make sure everything looked good. I was happy that she did that - because she could have just humored me and wiped a few extra counters - but she stayed until it was REALLY up to par. | |You don't get what you don't ask for. Although I had to provide feedback to get the thorough clean I was looking for, I am happy they were receptive and ultimately delivered on the service. You just have to be honest and polite and they are very helpful.

Description of Work: Called Expo because I was in need of post construction cleanup before we moved into our home. Nina came to see the home and gave me estimate. On our set date she also came with her crew explaining what had to be done. crew cleaned home from top to bottom. Vaccumed, cleaned kitchen and appliances, cleaned bathrooms,cleaned windows, polished woodwork. Nina was great and oversaw things, and she was a very pleasant person to deal with.

Description of Work: I called on ExpoCleaning to do a complete cleaning of my very neglected house. Rosanna (Owner) arrived promptly with Rosa (who was to do the cleaning). We did a walk-thru of my home from basement to 2nd floor with Rosanna advising Rosa on what was to be done -- Dust walls, top to bottom, floors, vacume rugs, clean blinds, windows, 3 bathrooms, etc. Rosa started around 9:30 and cleaned all 3 floors of my home finishing around 6:30PM. Rosanna came by periodically to check her progress and even pitched in to help her on some things. I had never had anyone in to clean before and the whole process was a revelation to me. My home was sparkling when they left! Considering the quality of their work, the cost of $350 was well worth it. They came on time, worked in a professional manner and knew exactly how to get the job done. Rosa always had a smile on her face and took pride in what she was doing. I'm looking forward to their return later this month.
