I only worked with one of the partners. He was very professional and very down to earth. He was good, but we never closed the deal.

The house needed handyman work and some repairs to make it salable, and due to my demanding work schedule, I usually wasn't able to be there myself. Paul Garrett never hesitated to contact the service people, let them into the house, get competing bids, and oversee the work. It was such a relief to me, knowing that all this was being competently taken care of and I could concentrate on my own hectic life. He helped smooth over the inevitable Argh! moments of selling a house and was always cheerful and polite. A pro in every way.
Description of Work: Paul Garrett helped me sell a house that was vacant--which creates its own set of problems.
