Built to Perfection Contracting Inc. gave us some ideas and he was very good with going over the details. He also suggested some changes to other parts of the house. His price was a little out of our budget, so we didn't use him. We really asked for kitchen and bathroom but he started in other directions.

They did a perfect job. They used top of the line products. Their pricing was more than fair. I would not use anybody else for my contracting needs.

The bathroom is top of the line. The quality of his workmanship was as close to perfection as anyone would want. He thinks out of the box to do things which we wouldn't have thought of. Geoff, the owner, thought of and convinced us to do it specifically with plumbing work that we were doing. I have no complaints about Geoff I have the highest regard for him. I don't think I would let any other contractor come into my house and redo my kitchen or redo my other bathroom. He thinks about what he does. He is not there to rob you. If he doesn't agree with you, he will be the first one to tell you he doesn't agree with you and why he doesn't agree with it. My bathroom is absolutely stunning. I have nothing but good things to say about him. The amount we spent on the bathroom is not because of him. It is because of the tiles that were chosen, because of the high end shower and a bench in the shower, marble, glass tile, porcelain tile, and top of the line cabinetry. If you were to do it differently, the cost factor would have been different. I went top of the line. I didn't scrimp. If you get a Formica bathroom, it is not going to cost you the amount I spent. I also put radiant floors in. It is a very nice bathroom. Whenever we have a problem in the house we call Geoff and he will be here within the week no matter what it is. Even if he didn't do something, he comes to look at it to try and help. I could have gone cheaper. He could have been a little more reasonable. But you get what you pay for. We research for at least for 6 months before we hire anyone or let anyone in my house. If you want a good job, Geoff will give you a good job. If you want a nickel and dime type of bathroom, he is not the guy for you. I would use him again in a heartbeat. I couldn't have had a better experience. My husband too says he wouldn't use anyone else.

Jeff did a great job. I can fully trust him. I will never let anyone else work in my home after he worked for me. He does the work in your home with his crew. I have never had the experience with a contractor that I have had with him. He even hung a couple of ceiling fans for me and made sure the electrical was up to code. He is honest and thinks about what he does. If there is a better way of doing something he will find a way to do it. I think he is fair. I got more than what I paid for.
