They did exactly what they promised and stood behind their products with a one year warranty.

Each Spring I look forward to purchasing annuals and perreniels for my garden at Keil Brothers. The quality is superb and the attention is excellent. My garden in Queens is small but I put in the best plants I can find. I had called to be sure they had rudbekias, they had been moved and searched the site until they found them! Really helpful and service is excellent.

They are the best garden center in Queens. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very helpful. The price is reasonable for the quality. They give me big plants. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. It is excellent quality. They are very responsive. They will custom order if they don't have something in stock.

They are very good and very professional. They are probably high end. They are family owned and high customer service. They are probably a little expensive but if you want the right job done, they are the way to go. They have a good reputation and they are very conscious of it.

I've been especially impressed with their customer service. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If I am interested in a particular plant or genera, an employee will usually make some educated recommendations for other plants that would work well with my choice, for plant height, esthetic contrast, and/or watering and sunlight requirements. I have not used Keil Brothers' landscaping and design services yet, but will certainly ask them to bid on the job when I'm ready to renovate my yard in a couple of years.

They were good. I liked their service. They picked up the machine, fixed it and brought it back within a couple of days. It works fine and I was very happy with their service. There was nothing that I disliked. I would tell people that their service is good, the price is right and they do a good job.

They are good. They have a good reputation. They have been in this neighborhood for many, many years. I have one disclaimer; my son did work for them over forty years ago, when he was a kid. It was a good experience using them to buy plants for our local library here.

They did a nice job. I looked them up on Angie's list as well. I think they were competitively priced. They were fair. They did a nice design. They listened to what I wanted and did a nice design. The staff was organized and efficient. They got the job done in less than a day. They came with a crew and I was really happy that it looked pretty afterwards. The quality of their work was good. He will come if you call him and let him know that he is supposed to come. I will use them again in the future if needed.

I thought that Keil Bros Inc were good business men; I have to admit that. We had issues with what they delivered to me. I had ordered compost and they had delivered soil. However, they dealt with it in an extremely professional manner. They gave me adequate reparations for the mistake they made. They apologized, dealt with testing the soil and even paid for it. It was a stupid mistake on their part because they had written the wrong item on the slip. They dealt with it as one should in a good business. Even though I paid a little more than I probably wanted to, it was worth every penny in the end. Any other company might moan about something like that but they dealt with patience and professionalism all the way. Things happen but what counts is that they made up for the problems. They are the only people that offer certain services in the area and because of that their price is something that only affluent people are able to afford for such services. They come off as pricey to a lot of people because they are one of the only places offering such a wide selection in type of material, quality and plants. However I felt like they could have had a larger selection of things in the gardening care department. I had some issues with that but may be they could still improve. Their plant selection was amazing. I will go back to them in the future.

I brought the blower in because it would die as I was using it. Art, behind the counter, was not optimistic about it being a cheap repair. He said he would look at it first to see if the carburetor was bad and make it not worth fixing. After one call to see what he had found after 6 days, he had not looked at it. I decided to go to the store, pick the blower up and take it somewhere else. When I arrived he said "Let me look at one thing". He proceeded to take the gas tank apart, found the trouble and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He does quality work, he is just very busy and did not get to my blower until I showed up and was ready to buy a new blower.
